Restaurant week must have had them overwhelmed. We were seated at 7:20 for a 7:00pm reservation and then waited another 10 minutes before drink orders were taken. Food portions seemed to be much smaller than past visits. The small buffalo bleu salad (for 13.99) was more of a side salad, with hardly any chicken on it. On a positive note, the server was nice.

Restaurant week had Houlihans packed !!! Service was great and staff seemed very energized. My food was good, but not remarkable, probably because of the full house. We do like Houlihans and will go back

We had to push our reservation back by 2 hours due to a flat tire, so we were starving by the time we arrived. It was busy (Restaurant Week), but we were seated right away. It took a bit for our server, Elizabeth, to come over to us, but it was super busy, and she apologized for the delay. We got our drinks and appetizers in a decent amount of time. We got the Shrooms and the ahi tuna. Both were amazing. Our entrees arrived as we were finishing up the appetizers. I got the stuffed chicken breast (one of my favorites), and my fiancé got the steak medallions. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. We took our desserts and half our meals to go. We had the cheesecake at home, and it was so creamy and delicious. We will have our leftovers as another delicious dinner with the brownie batter cake for dessert! The 3 course meals were lovely. We don't get here as much as we moved north of the river. You need a location up here!

The service was poor and our food was subpar. I ordered a martini and they served it in a small tumbler. It tasted terrible! The fish and chips were soggy! The ambiance is not great, the carpet and the booths are worn and dirty. It definitely needs a facelift!

I had dinner here on Christmas Day. My very first time eating at a restaurant on this holiday. It was really nice. The atmosphere was very nice and the food was delicious. Really glad that I dined there for the holiday.

Oh Houlihan's, my parents and I have been coming here for the last couple of years for holidays. Mainly because you're one of the few restaurants open on holidays and also because the food is sooo good! But today was a total disappointment and disaster. We literally waited over a hour for our food and you weren't even busy when we arrived. The food was still delicious but mom's steak was under cooked and tough, my food came out a hour before my parents, that is NOT ok.

I understand that it was Christmas Eve but they were terribly understaffed and our drinks were horribly delayed (all of us got wine) and our meals were overcooked and overpriced… 2 of us got steaks and they were ordered medium rare and one was well done and one was medium…. But it was so late by the time our food got there that we just ate, paid and left! Normally love the service at our Houlihans but not the experience we wanted to have for Christmas Eve!

Restaurant was very cold and we were not near the door. Food was marginal. Was very disappointed. It had been a while since we had been there and it seems to have gone down hill.
