    Took sons for birthday celebration. It was a great time had by all. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. My only criticism is that, even though prices everywhere are very high, I thought the prices at Hyde Park approached the outrageous. That’s not to say everything wasn’t wonderful, but, when I have to consider coming out of retirement to pay the bill, it’s not too much. In spite of of that, we will return. We had a great time.

    Delightfully on point SERVICE. All dishes prepared appropriately. Great flavors. And wonderful drinks. Can’t wait to come back for dinner and for happy hour!

    Our first visit to HP as we celebrated our son’s birthday. We were promptly seated and order the calamari and crab cakes. Both were fine and tasty. Entrees were the salmon, filet and the double cut lamb chops. I was surprised that the filet was underwhelming. Cook temperature was correct. However, the flavor was not there. The salmon was the best I have had anywhere. The seasoning was a blend of pepper and a hint of rosemary. Superb! Finally, the desert options were presented. The traditional option is the carrot cake. The height of this cake was at least 8”. So good!! Finally, the establishment was loud and very warm. Tables were cramp. Service started of attentive. However, it quickly faded to slow and awkward. 4 Stars overall.

    We started out with the Wedge salad, which was so good. Then we had the Steak Goff, and it was prepared perfectly. Each bite was delicious! We also had a baked potato. Dinner was excellent, high quality and absolutely delicious. Our server was wonderful. The managers and waitstaff came by to welcome us back. We love Hyde Park, and looking forward to going back soon. Thank you so much! Douglas and Lynne Masten

    Always consistently good food. This location is a little noisy, especially if you're seated near the kitchen. But overall, you can trust you'll have a good meal.

    This is my favorite local restaurant, and I visit often. However, this was the first time it felt unwelcoming. Our server was neither rude nor polite. The food was delightful as always. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, so I will continue to dine here.

    The filet was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. Perfect. This was the first time we have dined at this restaurant. I will definitely return. The meal was perfect.

    No refill on water. Steak was overdone and burnt, twice after asking for medium rare. For 100+ dollars per person lit was waaaay substandard

    This was probably the worst meal we had in a very long time. We went to celebrate our 20th anniversary and we left very disappointed. Although the server was good and attentive but the food was terrible and had no taste. Me and my wife both ordered steak ( steak house) and we were shocked how the steak tasted. There was no flavor with bot steaks , my wife's medium steak was well done . We ordered asparagus that had no flavor as well. I had to drench everything with salt to be able to eat the food. We don't mind spending the money on a good steak but this one wasn't even worth it. You can get a better steak at outback or longhorn for half of the price. Will never go back there again.

    Smart Casual Dress Code. Disappointed how some people in this restaurant were dressed! Sweat shirts, flannel shirts and jeans should not be allowed in with a "SMART Casual Dress Code!" Disrespectful and ruins the ambiance of this beautiful restaurant!
