We had a fantastic lunch at Il Palio, including pasta, pork belly, tiramisu and panna cotta. We'll be back!

Great meal and great service! There were 13 of us including kids - it was perfect. Kids meals were available and they were great with one guest with coeliac. The limoncello at the end of the meal was a very nice touch!!

Il Palio is a great new restaurant. It's in a nice location, well furnished and genuinely feels lifted from Italy. The staff were incredibly friendly and happy to have a chat, and both the drinks and food menus had great options. We ordered the Antipasti Parmigiana di Melanzane, Ravioli Porcini, Ragù D’Anatra and the Tiramisu, they were all fantastic and I'd recommend them to anyone. Worth a stop and we will be coming back.

Delicious interesting food, great attentive service & very good value in a small intimate setting. Been twice & both times didn’t disappoint.

We love Il Palio - yummy authentic Italian food, brilliant and friendly service, homey atmosphere and great coffee. Recommend for any meal of the day, it’s our new local coffee spot as well as our special date night dinner spot - such a hidden gem!!
