Since I was 13 years old, I've been in the restaurant industry. I started in my grandfather’s restaurant & worked my way up to running one of the most successful restaurants in NYC - Patsy’s Italian Restaurant. My grandfather worked his way up in the restaurant industry in the 1930's and '40s and in 1942 opened his first Italian restaurant, The Sorrento. When it came time to name our new restaurant, we decided on IL Sorrento in honor of my grandfather. I know my grandparents & my mom are smiling down on us with approval. I've lived in Westchester since 1984 & have always dreamed about opening an Italian restaurant here .. now the dream is a reality. My family & I believe that having a successful restaurant is a simple formula - give people what they want: Good Food, Good Service and Good Value. At IL Sorrento, we are embracing old world charm of Southern Italy & bringing it to Westchester County. Our hope is that you will enjoy being at IL Sorrento as much as we will enjoy serving you

I had the best meal at ILSorrento restaurant. I highly recommend The Porterhouse Steak, it was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. For an appetizer, dont miss the Clams Oregenata, they are so flavorful and fresh. The ambience of the restaurant is warm. ,cozy and relaxed, making it the perfect place to enjoy a great meal with italian music at background. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and they really made my experience special. This place is a must visit. I will definitely come back next time when I am in town🥰

Our first time dining here, the food was delicious. I feel that the items are fairly priced. The only comment I would have in the negative would be that the service is very rushed. We had appetizer dinner and desserts, and we were out within an hour. We will definitely return, but the next time I will make clear that we are not in a rush.

It was a great service, the atmosphere was amazing . Tasty dishes. Definitely we will return back.

My husband and i had dinner there tonight and right after we entered we loved the atmosphere. Highlightnig instance where the owner was by the door personally present, very friendly to greeting guests, checking on tables and adressin concerns! The ambient is very elegant and the interior design is outstanding, warm and fine. A big compliment to Tetro Design. Service was efficient, pleasant and unobtrusive. Super attentive staff, friendly interactions. The menu selections are great, super fair-affordable prices. We been recommended to go for Pinot Grigio and Cabernet Sauvignon wine, we were very satisfying! We really enjoyed everything! You could really feel the atmosphere and the visible commitment from the owner to providing a positive dining experience! Truly a spectacular evening of fine dining. A big GEM in a heart of westchester, i can’t wait to go back!

Great food, Great service, Great host and hospitality from owners Nick & Frank Their spaghetti and meat balls to die for, Price wise one of the cheapest place in westchester county compare to what they offer (food and terrific ambiance), Service they pulled my wife chair while we set down, Bread,water,drinks in a blink of the eye, Great job guys good luck, Can’t wait to go back, Monday night where packed, Reservation is always required, Again welcome to our neighborhood we definitely needed an upscale restaurant!!! IL SORRENTO GOOD LUCK

My husband took me for dinner and it was one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in NY. The highest quality food I’ve seen and tasted thus far. I had cavatelli brocoli rabe and sausage was the best that i ever had. Beautiful drinks and the best cheese cake. Everything was blowing my mind with the flavor and freshness. And I’ve tasted a lot. I would only advise with going for a lot of food because it was all so rich. And on top of everything, prices are great!!! Service was excellent, very attentive staff. We will be back soon.
