Loved IL Villagio from the first time I dined there. The owners and staff are very hospitable and welcoming. The ambience is very nice. The menu is diverse and the food is made fresh, and delicious. The appetizers are excellent, some of my favorite are the oysters, shrimp cocktail, crab cake imperial, and often they offer specials, i.e. Meatballs wrapped in a long hot with a mushroom sauce, veal osso bucco over polenta, tuna tartare. Some of my favorite dinners are the lobster ravioli, gnochi in lobster cream sauce, Dover Sole when offered, Tagliatelle Bolognese. The desserts are also off the charts. You will enjoy. God bless

A group of my friends got together for a birthday luncheon for our girlfriend. It was a very nice leisurely lunch. The drinks were very good. The menu choices were great for everyone in our party. We were not rushed and service was great. Christian was very attentive but not overbearing. Definitely a good choice for this occasion.

Our server today at 1 pm was perfection. Handled dietary issues with grace. He was warm and professional. We love this restaurant!

We have been to Il Villaggio Restaurant & Bar many times, which is why we decided to go on Thanksgiving. The food has always been amazing, the staff attentive and the atmosphere just right. However on this visit we were totally disappointed. The whole experience was lacking. The staff tried, but it was obvious they were understaffed. Our waiter really tried, but we felt forgotten, an afterthought really. We ordered the prefix turkey dinner and the appetizers were the only part of the meal that was cooked correctly. I had the sweet potato ravioli and my husband had the broccoli rabe and sausage. We were hopeful after the appetizers, even though there were only 3 ravioli and my husband's plate looked like a full dinner. We both decided on the turkey dinner, because it was Thanksgiving. The turkey was hard, like it had been sitting and got dried out and heated back up or sat under a heat lamp for to long. The carrots were not cooked all the way, crunchy. The stuffing was bland and the cranberry sauce was lacking somehow. We figured they couldn't mess up desserts right? Wrong. My husband got the creme brulee cheesecake, the crust was raw in sections and we were told it should be room temperature. It was cold in parts and warm in others. I picked the pumpkin panacotta and while it looked ok nice on the outside, it tasted like curdled milk and when I cut into it, it looked like cottage cheese. Needless to say after one bite, I didn't eat any more of it. I felt bad for our waiter by the end of the night, even though I though he forgot about us, but it was because he was so busy. He must have apologized to us about our food and the service every time he was at our table. Sadly, a diner probably would have been better. On the way home., we both started feeling sick to our stomachs. We were both very disappointed in our experience. This visit may have been our last. It's a shame, because we loved going to Il Villaggio.

We had several dining options to select from the menu. We all decided on the turkey and sides. The first course was very good, soup or salad. The turkey platter consisted of carrots ( undercooked and mashed sweet potatoes) and a very small helping of cranberry sauce for three people. The stuffing also was served on a plate for three people... I asked for extra thinking for the $ 55.00 per person we shouldn't have to share. The waiter brought us out extra. Our desserts were fine. The wine we he was nicely chilled.. a little steep in price $38.00 a bottle for a $12.00 bottle of wine. Overall I don't know if I would go back again.

A wonderful and beautiful restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff was one of the best ever. The staff was amazing as they were extremely professional and efficient. They were sharp, fit, attentive, genuine, appropriate, helpful, caring, and dressed professionally. I haven’t seen this level of professionalism in a USA restaurant in many years. A truly unique and welcome experience.

Food and service was good and would go back. Our chicken Parmesan came with carrots and sweet potatoes instead of pasta. No whipped potatoes with Turkey dinner.
