Este establecimiento ofrece una experiencia auténtica en Raleigh. El Irregardless abrió en 1975 y se hizo famoso por su ambiente hippie y su comida vegetariana. En los años 80, fue el primer restaurante de Carolina del Norte donde estaba prohibido fumar. Hoy, el Cafe es el restaurante de Raleigh que más tiempo lleva abierto con el mismo propietario. El establecimiento ha cambiado mucho durante los años, pero sus valores siguen siendo los mismos. Sus galardonadas comidas caseras se elaboran con ingredientes locales y ecológicos. El Irregardless es un restaurante de alta cocina informal que sirve mariscos frescos, carnes, platos vegetarianos y veganos y alimentos sin gluten, todos respetuosos con el medio ambiente. Asimismo, ofrece una carta de vinos exclusivos y cervezas artesanales, espressos, capuchinos y 25 tipos de tés. También ofrece música en directo todas las noches, desde sesiones de jazz hasta bluegrass. Los grupos se anuncian en la página web. Took some friends from out of town here for Saturday brunch - perfect experience as usual! Great food - selection of style and types of drinks. They really loved it!!

Wonderful experience! We have various dietary needs in our group from celiac to vegetarian to carnivore—everyone was accommodated with delicious options! Great time!

This remains one of our most favorite places to have a dinner. We really enjoyed our food and ordered for the first time the Mocktails they were delightful. Service was wonderful.

Amazing food, warm and prompt service, and inviting atmosphere. There was live music which was loud enough to enjoy but didn’t overpower or distract from table conversation. Out server, Lily, was delightful! We shared the black eyed pea falafel and each had the spanakopita. Yum! The recent declaration of Irregardless Restaurant Day is well deserved!

Great service and good as always. Had the vegan burrito, my favorite burrito anywhere. It’s packed on sundays for brunch. But easy to get in if you have a reservation. Love this restaurant!
