The restaurant's food and service overall should garner an excellent review,but two big problems ruined the entire experience!The noise level is totally unacceptable,especially when combined with the unneeded loud music ,that should be eliminated!We were seeing a friend and could not have a conversation ,unless we screamed!This ruins the ability to have a relaxing meal!The second major blunder was when we were eating our dessert,we were rushed by being constantly asked by restaurant staff ,who surrounded our table and asked if we were finished!This made us very uncomfortable and was insulting to us .I can't recommend this restaurant and we will not return!

Went for Thanksgiving dinner. It was super crowded but the service was so efficient. I was surprised how generous the portions were given the prefix menu was very affordable for a 3 course meal. The price of the drinks weren’t that bad either. I have to really credit the manager for super efficient service despite the craziness of how busy it was.

Dined on Thanksgiving. Seated promptly at our reserved time. Very attentive waitstaff. The prix fixe menu had exactly what I wanted, including the BEST Caesar salad… ever! (Fabulous bread, too!) But the roasted Brussels sprouts were “blackened” beyond comprehension. And no response when I pointed out the vegetable(?) to our server. As far as the ambience, of course it was loud. It was a festive occasion. However, turning up the music (the Allman Brothers, really?!) only made the room louder.

Food was delicious, service was good, but it got noisy as our meal was served. Still, would definitely recommend.

Everything was spot on for our dinner at Isabella’s. We were made to feel so welcome by everyone from servers to bussers to maitre d - even a trainee spotted a concern and immediately offered assistance. The food was excellent and generous for the price point in Manhattan. Stand outs were the roasted beets and endive salad. The homemade pasta was also cooked perfectly - al dente but not too much so. We will be back!

The hosts were rude. We arrived on time for our reservation but had to wait 35 minutes to be seated. When we were finally shown to our table, the host was unfriendly and gave us an odd setup—a round and a straight table combined. I had booked this for my wife’s birthday and even mentioned it, but they didn’t do anything special. Overall, a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend going here.
