Dining with Ishizuka Welcoming the season change is our artisanal ritual. At Ishizuka, we delicately design a Kaiseki course to incorporate the freshest ingredients of that day. We offer our unrivalled Kaiseki menu for $315pp. Our Autumn Menu has been crafted a menu that pushes culinary boundaries while staying true to the core Japanese philosophy of harmony and seasonality. All reservations require a $100pp deposit. Limited to the Autumn season, available only from Monday to Thursday, Ishizuka shall also offer their debut sushi-kaiseki style menu for $190pp. This exciting new offering will pair four dishes from the Autumn Menu with six sushi dishes imbued with Ishizuka’s culinary excellence, transporting guests on a fresh and unique seasonal exploration. Ishizuka is looking to collaborate with Onirigi Chef - Taro Kiso in April 2025. Master Taro Kiso is renowned as the chef who makes the most delicious onigiri in the world - he shapes each rice ball by hand using only his bare fingers, starting with piping hot short-grain rice that he cooks in a specialized pot using traditional techniques. For two nights only from Saturday 26th-Sunday 27th April, Ishizuka shall offer diners the opportunity to savour Chef Taro’s celebrated Onigiri, served alongside an exquisite selection of 8 dishes from Ishizuka’s Autumn Menu by Executive Chef Katsuji Yoshino.
