    Waiter was not very attentive to our table. After waiting for over 15 minutes we flagged down another server just to get drinks. Waiter came over after about 10 more minutes to take food order. Took another 45 minutes to get the food. We had tickets to a show next door at 7:30 and didn’t get our food until 6:55. Our reservations were for 5:30 and we arrived at 5:32. Food was excellent, just didn’t get to enjoy it since we had to rush to eat. Had to have our desserts packed to take with us so didn’t get to have coffee. They need to work on their service, but other than that this is a great Restaurant. I’ll go again, but not during a dinner rush.

    Mentioned on our reservation that we were celebrating my parents 40th anniversary and they brought our 2glasses of champagne and a sparkler to celebrate! Very nice touch and greatly appreciated. All the food was delicious and our waiter was so friendly and helpful when ordering

    Service was great. Disappointed with the food especially the price they charged for. expecting a little different that you can’t and it at home. Risotto balls were over fried and can hardly taste the the risotto and the pesto. The belgian waffle was an ordinary thin waffle and the chicken tenders were frozen tyson tenders . Very disappointed!!!!

    Penn ala vodka was so dry. Whoops have said something whooe there but was with people I felt comfortable suing it with

    Our party of 5 had a wonderful experience! We didn’t realize the Patchogue Christmas parade was taking place and we were lucky enough to watch it from our table. Service was amazing. Drinks were on point. Apps included artichoke hearts oreganata and meatballs. Both delicious. Entrees were veal chop parm, burrata ravioli, ricotta gnocchi, carrozza, and the linguini clams and shrimp. Perfect meal to end our day!

    I was looking for a nice place to take my sister and her husband. This place did not disappoint. The ambience was beautiful. The waiter was amazing. Since we were new to ITA kitchen, he explained everything on the menu with ease and answered all of our questions. The food was delicious. I will be returning to this place for dinner well worth my money and time.

    The service in this location was lacking quite a bit , but not terrible. Food was top tier as usual, but your better off going to the OG Bay Shore location
