    Lovely meal. Always excellent at any Ivy I’ve been too! Very friendly helpful staff who elevated time spent. Attentive.

    Very disappointed as the waitress was amazing - really lovely but roasted not up to standard especially the roast potatoes so the manageress ordered some nicer ones to be brought out for us which we swopped for our not so good ones. When the bill came our waitress explained that her manager had made a deduction on our bill to compensate us for the issue over the roast potatoes. When I looked at the bill there was clearly no deduction and the waitress agreed with us so she went back to her Manager to question this deduction. Can you believe that the deduction was in the form of our roast potatoes as she said she had given us extra at no extra cost!!! Unbelievable. You need to sort your Managers out as that is definitely not a reduction so cheeky needless to say we were not impressed at all !!

    Really lovely decor with a good atmosphere. Our waiter was very attentive without it being too much and the service was very good. The food was lovely and the gap between courses was perfect.

    Brought my elderly mother here for her family birthday lunch. We all enjoyed it however in this instance the loud music and noise of all the people was a bit overwhelming for her. The food was very good, however with the side dishes etc it was on the pricy side.

    I had put a note to say it was my husband’s birthday and went with the intention of receiving a dessert or glass of something for him as I have been told by a few people that they received this when they went. We didn’t receive anything, even though the hostess had asked whose birthday it was when we arrived. Quite disappointed especially as we had to pay a 12.5% service charge!

    We had a fabulous experience at The Ivy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend.

    My favourite restaurant. A wonderful place. So warm and welcoming. Staff are excellent and food is divine. Just a bit of a delay when it’s busy getting your food

    Fabulous ambience Quality good food Not cheap but still if you want this level of quality and the service that goes with it you need to expend a little more.
