Jam Delish is an independent family-owned Caribbean vegan restaurant and cocktail bar in Angel, Islington. Founded in 2020 by siblings Jordan and Chyna, their idea was one that came purely from their desire to bring their grandparents authentic, traditional Caribbean recipes from their family home to the London food scene, with a fresh and modern take, inspired by their own upbringing in a vegan household. Fusing their love for plant-based food with their Caribbean roots, they identified a niche gap in the market for authentic, Modern Caribbean Vegan Cuisine. With five-star reviews across the board from both customers and food critics alike, the siblings have now opened their first ever flagship restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Angel, Islington.

Love this place so much always a friendly vibe with lovely service and such good food. The chocolate cheesecake was soooo good too!

Great starter (Trini doubles) and dessert (chocolate cheesecake). Main however was very disappointing (curry goat) only 3 very small pieces of 'meat'. No taste (had to ask for salt and pepper to help with the taste. Rice lacked flavour and was warm not hot. My friend had the pepperpot also very disappointing. She had the chicken skewers instead which we all tasted and I have to say it was the best main by far. I had ordered a takeaway for my daughter before we had tasted the food. The macaroni cheese was very good but ratio of meat to dumplin in the oxtail dumplins was again very disappointing. On a positive note our server Tia was excellent. Helpful, knowledgeable about the venue and great customer service skills.

It’s a spot that once you've tried for the first time, you can't wait to return. Every visit is a spectacular experience - the food is not only visually stunning but also an absolute treat for the taste buds and made with wonderfully exotic ingredients. This afternoon's visit provided the opportunity for trying the Plantain Oxtail Dumplings Veganuary Special. A dish with Wild-Mushroom and Jackfruit to create the Oxtail texture in Plantain dough served with red onions and Jamaican Gravy. This was a succulent, wholesome, melt in the mouth dish that was the perfect start to the meal. The Grilled "Codfish" and Jamaican Gungo Pea Stew followed and was a delicious vegan twist on a Caribbean seafood dish with butternut squash, potatoes, carrots, spinach, wakame, sauteed callaloo, coconut and pimento rice. As with everything the desserts are as exquisite, unique and totally scrumptious and it was the CHOCOLATE PIMENTO FESTIVALS that seemed like a great choice this afternoon. This was warm, comforting, soft, fluffy complemented perfectly with the chocolate sauce which had a pleasant kick of spice. Delicious Flavours, Stunning presentation with such incredible innovation and creativity behind each dish. If you’re looking for comforting food, authentic Caribbean flavours that have a contemporary edge, Jam Delish is the place to be.

Jam Delish is one of the best restaurants I have been to! The flavours and creativity that goes into each dish can be tasted with every bite Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to anyone and can’t wait to go back again :)

Took my family to a late birthday dinner, we really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be going back. The food was good and the drinks had real alcohol in them (watch out). I would flag that although it says street parking there is only residential parking near the restaurant to park after 6.30pm.

Jam Delish is hands down the best vegan food I’ve ever had in my life! As a Trinidadian, I was blown away by how they gave traditional Caribbean dishes a modern and flavorful twist while keeping them completely plant-based. Every bite was bursting with authentic spices and creativity—true comfort food with a gourmet touch. From the rich flavors to the vibrant presentation, everything about my experience was exceptional. It’s refreshing to see vegan cuisine executed so well, especially in a way that pays homage to Caribbean roots. Jam Delish is a must-visit spot, whether you’re vegan or just love incredible food. 10/10—highly recommended! Can’t wait to return. 🌱✨
