Michelin-starred Jamavar London, located on Mayfair’s iconic Mount Street is celebrated for its gracious hospitality, inviting atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings inspired by the Viceroy’s House in New Delhi, the acclaimed restaurant is a rendition of a palatial Indian dining experience in the heart of Mayfair.

Here, exceptional pan-Indian dishes are thoughtfully prepared by Culinary Director and Executive Chef Surender Mohan using the freshest British produce and most authentic Indian cooking techniques. In 2022, Jamavar London was awarded a Michelin star in The Great Britain & Ireland Michelin Guide for its high-quality cooking and holistic approach to Indian cuisine.

La calidad del producto y de la preparación son excelentes, aunque las raciones son algo pequeñas para los precios que mantiene, la experiencia en general es muy positiva

Our experience was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was very welcoming, and the quality of both the food and cocktails was world class. We had some of the best cocktails, prawns, and lamb shank in our lives. We will be recommending Jamavar to our friends and family.

First experience with authentic Indian food and we did the tasting menu paired with wine. The service was attentive and helpful explaining all of the ingredients. The sommelier paired the wines perfectly and spent time walking us through each glass discussing the region, flavors and reason for pairing. Highly recommend!

A little stuffy. We had a reservation at 5:30 and they wouldn’t let us into the restaurant early, which was strange. Drinks were just okay, food was delicious. Overpriced.

We enjoyed the multi course feast and accompanying wine flights. It was the absolute pinnacle of our entire trip. Delightful.

Great setting, the tasting menu was exquisite, quite amazing what can be done with a mango! Service was exemplary - the team were more than willing to answer questions and help the journey along. Overall a great night!

The first thing that hits you when you walk in is the noise. The tables are tightly packed and the background music is too loud. Having to bellow to make yourself heard gets a little tiring after a while. The food on the tasting menu was hit and miss; some excellent dishes but some things that didn’t work at all. The wine pairings were excellent. The staff try their best but the overall experience was slightly disappointing. Jamavar lacks the refinement one would expect at these prices.
