    Thanksgiving set up was not user friendly. Gravy was extremely salty. Ham was bland. Dinner rolls were cold and soggy. Food was not replenished quickly.

    Standard food selection, buffet style. Food temperature was a bit cold, over-seasoned. Minimal dessert table, no whipped cream for pie, pies were pre-made frozen type. Most of dinner was good, some items were not very good. Clean plates for return to buffet were not readily available, maybe upon request.

    The customer service was great when contacting the restaurant with questions prior to our reservation. Our server was great also during the meal. However, we were very disappointed in the food quality. First off, the food was barely warm. The ham was actually cold. We notified our server and they came out to light the candles under the chafing dishes. The turkey, mashed potatoes and carrots were good. Sadly most of the rest of the food was horribly salty and poor texture. We ate it only because of the price we’d already paid for the meal. The desserts were also odd. The pecan pie was actually salty and the pumpkin had an excessive amount of cinnamon. Having whipped cream available might have helped as well.

    First time letting someone else cook for Thanksgiving and it was worth it! So nice to be able to relax and enjoy dinner and drinks with loved ones.

    Very disappointing! We spent over $450 on a buffet. Not even one item in the Thanksgiving dinner was edible. Even the yams were watery with barely melted marshmallows. I told all my friends about the Thanksgiving dinner I had at The Jetty 3 years ago. Not sure what has happened in the last 3 years, but 2024 was terrible. I should have demanded my money back. Never again!

    Aside from being told the item I ordered was out of stock, the food seemed very mediocre over all. It was an underwhelming experience with the only saving grace being our server. I also don’t appreciate companies that add random fees to the bill or back of house surcharges so I won’t be going back.
