I booked as a business lunch. It was not recognised at restaurant.
Even the guest is there, staff are not concerned who should serve first. They serve the lowest rank first.
I wanted to inform the order to the manager. So I asked service staff to ask manager to come to me.
The staff said ‘she is the manager loh! And point at the manager.
Are you asking me to stand up to talk to the manager during business lunch?
The 2nd plate took very very long time, until I asked staff many times. The serving rhythm was not right.
The service staff totally made lose our face in front of our clients.
I don’t know why we paid. Over $400 to made ourselves embarrassing with such a poor service.
Food taste and presentation was good.
But we are paying for service. I want restaurant to refund service charge.
I want to hear from the restaurant about such an embarrassing experience they gave us.
They are not working at coffee shop.
Be serious about service.
From the middle, manager herself start serving us. After that, it was ok.
However, cannot erase the worst service at the first half of course.
Very embarrassing experience in front of the client.
