Joe’s Crab Shack offers a variety of favorites from all parts of the sea and shore. From its extensive menu, guests can choose from buckets of seasonal seafood, fried shrimp platters and fish dishes, as well as options from the “mainland” that include steak, sandwiches, and chicken. Guests can indulge in over-sized and creative cocktails, such as the Shark Bite which is playfully garnished with a shark toy. Since its inception, Joe’s popularity has stemmed not only from its menu, but also its retail store. With various pieces of merchandise for purchase, including the ever-popular tie-dye T-shirt with the phrase “Peace, Love and Crabs,” Joe’s has become synonymous with the word “fun.”

This place has seriously declined. The food was disgusting, and the service was terrible. We arrived two hours before closing, and it felt like they just threw some old food onto our plates and rushed us out the door. It was way too expensive for such a dreadful experience. Additionally, it was my mom's birthday—a key reason for our visit—but they didn’t even acknowledge it with a simple "Happy Birthday," let alone a song. I am so disappointed.

Staff was super nice and accommodating! We had young kids and they were so sweet!

Went for a birthday dinner and just had slow service. Biggest pet peeve is when your appetizer comes out the same time the entrees. Services could be a lot better maybe need more attentive staff!

Joes Crab Shack’s food unfortunately was not good at all. The shrimp and the crab were over cooked, the potatoes was so bland, and the corn on the cob was a joke. Our waitress was awesome and there was a cool Christmas boat parade that we watched during our dinner.

Very busy, noisy restaurant. Long delays in getting food with no explanation. Meals very average. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Our waiter,Josh(?), was very attentive. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. When we had an issue with one dish, he and the manager handled it quickly and efficiently. The food was good. Even though this is a seafood restaurant, the broccoli,garlic bread, and rice were also really delicious.

It was an okay dinner but not one location that I would be running to return to It was just an okay meal It also took an extremely long time to get our food order which we placed within about 10 minutes of being seated, approximately at 4:50 and we got the food at 5:50-5:55 They forget several of our order initially and we had to ask several times for the different items forgotten, as well as several times had to ask for more water etc

After waiting 1/2 hour for waiter we finally tracked someone down to take order. 45 minutes later tracked down waiter to get status of order. . Wait too long. Clam chowder good, rest Soso.
