Food was good as usual, which was nice. The service, however, was very poor. Waitress's approach was to work for her own personal efficiency and convenience rather than for her clients. For example, she would wait until all the drinks were available from the bar for 2-3 tables, rather than serving the drinks when the bar had them ready. She was also obsessed with cleaning/preparing empty tables while we sat around without drink refills or any attentiveness at all. By contrast, the other side of our area of the restaurant had a waitress that hustled all night to ensure that her clients were well looked after. We were served by that waitress last week, and she was fantastic. We tipped her $100 for the fabulous service. This particular waitress this evening did not do anything to deserve a tip. Perhaps the issue is management. A proper manager would be present and observing the floor constantly, providing direction, coaching and advice to the service staff. The manager this evening was either not present or not doing their job. We will be back, certainly, but I think that my New Years resolution will be to only tip for excellent service going forward. It is our only means of feedback. A good manager would make note of which serving staff gets consistently good tips and which don't - and coaching the underperforming staff towards the actions of the successful serving staff. Hard to find good help though.

Each of us ordered different items. Reasonably priced and tasty. Our server was efficient, friendly.

Erica was an exceptional server - she was on point even though it was so busy. Food was great as always - I haven’t been to Joey’s crowfoot in awhile bc I moved to the inner city - I’ll definitely make the trek up there in the future bc the service and food was so great. Please thank Erica for us, she made our night out even better.

Our experience at JOEY Crowfoot was outstanding! We were welcomed with a friendly smile by a guest service team member, Laura, who made our experience truly memorable. We ordered the Margarita and Pepperoni pizzas, both of which were delicious—cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour. I also tried The Good Life Margarita and loved it. Overall, we had an amazing time! Thank you!

Honestly the best spot in Northwest Calgary, great food, great service, they give you bubbles at the front door if you have to wait, Wow!

The coffee was terrible. Slow service but it was busy. We didn’t get asked for an our food order for a half hr. At lunch that’s not great.

We enjoyed our lunch during the holiday break, the food, service and ambiance were all great. We had more of a dinner-sized lunch, with 2 of us having steak (which was prepared to our liking), Mediterranean bowl, wine, and the creme brulee cheesecake desert. All of the staff were friendly and attentive, and the place was warm and comfortable, with a good vibe. We enjoyed our visit and will be back again!
