    All was good, our server was great! Even though kitchen made a mistake, she covered and solved it very well.

    Ordered the fish tocos. There was 2 which I expected but they were so bad I could only eat one. I was not offered something else. I paid my bill in full and left.

    Love being served champagne as a welcome to dining at your restaurant - nice touch! Have been to Joeys multiple times, in many locations even in Vancouver and the service was always great. However last night the Server was okay. Didn’t find her personable and maybe bordering annoyed with us. She failed to inform the table that there was a few minutes left to Happy hour (we overheard after she told another table). Upon learning this we asked to cancel one of the ladies drink order and the server said too late. I’ve been to Moxies where we ordered a drink and informed the server that the drink wasn’t liked. The server took it back and allowed us to order another drink and there was no charge for the original drink ordered. She did this with a smile. Not our server from last night. You can tell she wasn’t impressed with us even asking to alter the order. Then felt the rest of her service was okay. Going to consider this one time unfortunate occurrence.

    Overall experience is bad The manager was not friendly at all and seemed to be not caring about the guests. Our reservation was at 3pm and we were only let in 3:20!! Had a birthday gathering for 10 people and they insisted to separate the group into 2 tables at a distance or else to pay min. 18% gratuity. However the table next to us was empty all the time The servant just cared about the tips in the end and was pushing us to leave the place by saying: restaurant policy is 2 hours dining only Won’t consider this place in future.

    We were warmly welcomed. The gift of a glass of sparkling wine was appreciated. We were given a choice of seating. We didn’t know that it was happy hour, but it was pointed out to us that some of the items we ordered were available on the happy hour menu. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was delicious and they served a great negroni.

    1st time visiting, food and service really good, it was a show night so place was packed but everything came out at the same time and was presented well and tasted great , one minus point was the table location, which is a total random issue but it meant to us every time someone came into the restaurant we go hit with cold air from outside.. no big deal and didn’t spoil a pleasant experience

    We had made a reservation which made a really big difference as we were seated at the appropriate time. The service was top notch and we did not feel rushed . It is a very busy restaurant and I would suggest that you make reservations. They do accommodate walk ins but that may be a wait

    We went to Joeys for the third time before a show at TD Place. When we arrived we were told we had the table for 2 hrs only. Fair enough. I didn’t remember being told that when I made reservation but okay. After ordering appetizers, cocktails, mains, a bottle of wine and while still eating (70 minutes in) a “manager” came over and asked if we had been told if time limit of 90 minutes—we said we had been told 2 hours. He left and about 10 minutes later a woman came to tell us the next party was there and we would need to vacate the table. We said we still have time we’re still drinking our wine. We said that we weren’t impressed. She said she would send a manager—none came. We were not offered coffee or dessert. We paid our $240 bill—only left 18% tip because we were upset. This ruined our evening and put a real sour taste in our mouth. We had been telling friends about how good Joeys is but our reviews will change now Food great—Service terrible.
