   Always a great experience! Alex was our server and is awesome! Love the Mediterranean bowl - very flavourful and filling. The chocolate lava dessert was delicious too!

   2 hour max per table and they take it seriously. Kicked out despite wanting to order dessert and coffee.

   We had a great experience! We got married earlier in the day and celebrated our union by having dinner at Joey’s. Matt G was our server and he was amazing. We were not expecting the cheesecake or the gift card so thank you Joeys and Matt for making our night special.

   This location lacks in service quality. I had to ask for complementary champagne. Other locations will always ask you. Our waitress had an "you're doing me a favor" attitude.

   We had a reservation for the lounge. Upon arrival we were told that we were being sat in the dining room. Once seated we waited 5 minutes without a server greeting us. The server (Mark I believe) was standing behind us for more than a few minutes speaking to another server asking “Isn’t the dining room closed?”. As he saw us sitting there for 5 minutes. I waved him over and asked him if he can find us our server. He said “Oh, I am your server” awkwardly, without any introduction. Then proceeded to tell us it’s happy hour in 10 minutes. This interaction was unprofessional and appalling. I proceeded to make my order. The server was not providing attentive service as I ordered the blackened chicken and wanted to substitute the coleslaw for crispy mash and keep the potato salad. Once the food arrived there was no potato salad. Once I brought this to the servers attention the side took more than 15 minutes to come out. I flagged over the dining room manager and told her about the subpar service we received. Her response was generic and robotic. She offered us complimentary prosecco (which we were already offered at the door). No sign of empathy from either the server or the dining room manager. A follow up or apology was not made once our service was concluded. Also we had to ask for the bill twice (once from the server and then from the manager). I understand that you are dealing with several customers but service should be consistent and up to the brands standards. I haven’t experienced this type of mediocre service at Earls or Cactus. Overall bad service and the manager’s attempts did not come off as genuine. Flow of service was slow and the experience was trash. Do better lol.

   The food is pretty good and consistent. Certainly not inexpensive but then that's the new normal. Our server Mady was lovely.

   The ambience is really nice and the food was very good, but the service was very slow for a Tuesday night. We sat at 9:30 and we didn’t leave until 11:15 pm. This is with us already knowing what we were going to order. We just spent long stretches of time just kind of waiting for someone to come and take our order or refill our water. The place is beautiful but the service is just not there.

   Not the greatest experience I've had. The kitchen got the order wrong twice for one guest and gave another a chicken burger rather than a burger. Not the server's fault but the cooks can't read simple instructions.

    We celebrated a birthday for my husband and we loved the service and the food was delicious. The waitress was attentive and knowledgable and very pleasant. My only complaint and its not really a complaint was that they didn't give a free dessert for the birthday - we moved from Calgary and it was common for us to celebrate at Joey's for birthdays and they always gave a free dessert so this was a change but like I said no big deal and did not in any way make us not enjoy the experience overall !!
