    Just a few little hiccups with service, had to ask for water rather than immediately being provided, the side mushrooms for my steak came 5 mins before the steak did, had to flag down someone everytime I needed someone because they weren’t readily available, no one checked to ask how the main courses were, there was an error on the bill where I was charged too much extra on the side for the steak. Everyone was very nice though, and the food was decent.

    The food was delicious. I thought that I was getting a table in a child free zone. I did not and I blame Open Table not Joeys for the confusion. Also I would have appreciated knowing that I could not use the bonus to the pre-paid gift certificate before I bought it.

    The service was really slow even though we were the first to arrive at opening. The server was pleasant but not attentive and didn’t check on us much. Everything took long to come and it’s unfortunate because the food was pretty good.

    Our server told us two times they were short staffed. Yet there were many staff members just standing around laughing and chatting. Your staffing issues are not mine to worry about. Train your staff to NEVER tell guests that information. It’s customer service 101. You should have covered our drinks that came after we already finished our appetizer.
