Este restaurante ha sido elegido recientemente en la sección Reader's Choice de la Seattle Magazine como "Best Steak". El chef y restaurantero, Jonh Howie, presenta su restaurante estelar de cortes finos en el noroeste de Estados Unidos, sirviendo filetes de primera calidad USDA añejados, carne de res Wagyu estadounidense y australiano, carne A5 100% de Wagyu japonés, pescado y mariscos frescos de temporada proveniente del Pacífico, así como champiñones, verduras y frutas locales. Jonh Howie Steak cuenta con dos parrillas de leña y utiliza carbón de mezquite y madera de manzano, los cuales agregan sabores sutiles a los alimentos. La carta de vinos ha sido galardonada con un "Best of Award of Excellence" de la Wine Spectator. We were a party of five celebrating a birthday. They took such good care of us! And I thought the food and service were both exceptional! We will be back! Oh, and the choices for no alcohol cocktails was so nice to see. Try the Nogroni. It was delicious!

Great night out. We enjoyed the Tableside Chateau Briand and a couple of glasses of wine. Emil, our server, was exceptional! We’ll be back.

Excellent food. Very expensive prices but you get what you pay for. Probably the best steak I’ve ever had. And the lobster mashed potatoes. 💋.

My husband and I love coming here to celebrate our anniversary, the steak was cooked perfectly, we love trying the different salts to pair with the steak.

Service was amazing. Staff was always in top of our needs and made the dinner special for me and my daughters. A perfect dinner and evening.

We spent $700 and had to wave down different waiters and ask multiple times for a waiter each section of the meal. We couldn’t even get our waiter since he never came back to check in. Long wait for sides as well. I had to send back a basic cocktail to be redone. To top it all off they tack on a 20% tip!!!! Ridiculous for horrible service on a $700 meal. Will never go again to this restaurant!!!!

Host was not friendly, wish they train them how to smile. Server was great, she was attentive and polite yet friendly. This place has great ambient but it felt bit loud today. On the other hand, food was subpar. Sides were good but the meat was cold. we ordered larger cut of beef, may be dining room was too cold while server was cutting the beef table-side, it got really cold and nothing is worse than eating cold cut of steak plus it took him a while to cut all three cuts and deliver it to a single plate. I am not sure if it was worth the price for a cold cut of steak
