JoJo’s ShakeBAR is a next-generation restaurant and bar, and District Detroit’s next go-to spot for hangouts, first dates, and family affairs. Its’ modern, yet familiar, diner experience is grounded in nostalgia and focuses on creative desserts and elevated diner favorites. This location is steps from Fox Theatre, LCA, Comerica and short walk from Ford Field.

Outdoor Patio Seating is available for reservations and walk-ins. In the case of inclement weather, our team will do our best to accommodate outdoor patio reservations inside, but indoor seating is not guaranteed.

En general estuvo bien pero es caro. Los productos son bastante regulares para el precio aún así las niñas la pasaron bien

Amazing experience and so festive for a Holiday outing. Delicious food. Wild beverages. Fun activities (ornament painting). Festive decor. Oh what fun..🎅🎄

Food and service excellent. Onion ring tower and reuben top notch. Do NOT accept a seat near the entrance. It is also the waiting area and you'll get bumped into, have loud conversations in your ear and people looking over your shoulder.

We made reservations for the hot chocolate or shake, entree, and paint your own ornament experience and it was wonderful! The service was exceptional, the food delicious, the place was hopping and it was an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Loved the atmosphere and the menu. Food good!! Very loud and lacking on cleanliness and why the 3 Star rating. Tabletops were wiped down, but the sides of the table were full of stickiness which I could only assume was from the overflowing shakes served that then flowed over the side of the tables. The most concerning were the milk bottle style bottles they use to serve table water. The small mouth openings don’t allow the bottles to be cleaned well and when I pointed out and asked for a clean bottle, they brought just another dirty bottle. They explained to me that it was just “cleaning solution” from the dishwasher. Great atmosphere, but makes sure your table is clean and you order bottled water

I didn't like that they add a service fee to the bill. Then when you go to paid they ask if you want to give an extra tip. I think it's my decision not the store. The service was ok not special. The food is prepared and just warmed up maybe the fries where fried.

The holiday drinks were beautiful and delicious. The service was amazing. Our waitress was prompt and attentive. The restaurant was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The only complaint I had is that the food is quite subpar. Additionally, the restaurant is very loud. The music is nice and eclectic, but very hard to hear you’re a table mates. We definitely return during the holiday season just for the good vibes and shakes .

We found this place when it showed up on instagram. We are glad we went. Food was great! Shakes were amazing! The waitress was hustling and very attentive. It was very noisy and not enough room to wait for the two restrooms, but we would definitely go again!

We loved this place and will go back for hot chocolate and shakes. The soup was excellent but the chicken pot pie was a disappointment because it lacked filling. There was only crust and little to no chicken. The crust was good, but I needed something to balance to sugar. Our hot cocoas were outstanding and the decorations were fabulous.
