JoJo’s ShakeBAR is a next-generation restaurant and bar, and Naperville’s next go-to spot for hangouts, first dates, and family affairs. Its’ modern, yet familiar, diner experience is grounded in nostalgia and focuses on creative desserts and elevated diner favorites.

JoJo's Treehouse is Naperville's favorite rooftop patio featuring sparkling disco balls, colorful giant slinkies, and funky neon signs. Snap a selfie and sip on a boozy bar cocktail while hanging out in one of the suspended tree swings or the famous tire swing. Outdoor Patio Seating is available for reservations and walk-ins. In the case of inclement weather, our team will do our best to accommodate outdoor patio reservations inside, but indoor seating is not guaranteed.

I did the fond of u experience with my three kids I figured since it was a charge of per person we would be getting multiple little chocolate fondue set ups at least two since there was four of us and I had to pay $28 times four so was very shocked when at the end of our meal only one set up was brought out the food at this restaurant decent and the kids loved the shakes, but I will for sure not be doing any of their extra sales like this again

Despite letting the restaurant know at the time of booking, and messaging them prior that we had come to celebrate our son and daughter’s 12th Birthday - no effort was made to make the experience special. Honestly, no effort was made by the server at all. We had an early place sitting of 4.30pm, and looked to be the servers only table - so you’d think we would have had more attention. Yet nothing. Had to flag her down to place order - it seems like the staff, were all too cool to be bothered to pay us attention and just busy chatting between themselves. We ordered appetizers and an entree each, then left to get desserts elsewhere - which was the whole point of coming to JoJos! - the whole vibe that used to be here when they first opened is off. Super sad as we’ve frequented many times in the summer months and don’t ever recall it being like this before.

My gals and I had the best time at the Galentine’s Bracelet Making event! We took the cutest photos and everything was delicious, especially those love shakes! Cannot wait to go again.

There was no toilet paper bathroom. When I let the lady who was making the pretzels know, she was very friendly and helpful and grabbed more their storage area, but asked me to fill the dispenser (which I had NO clue how to do so!). She also wore her gloves the whole time, then went back to doing her job, while wearing those same gloves. There wasn't a trashcan in the bathroom either, so I had to bring my paper towel back to the table with me. The shakes were good, but but the food wasn't great. Our fries were hard and the sandwich and burger were both only alright and for the price we honestly expected better. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience to say the least. The waiter was friendly and the atmosphere was cool, but I wouldn't go back. Two stars for me.

We didn’t have enough room on our table we had dirty plates that was left on our table I those dirty plates on the edge on the edge of our table so they can take them and nope they stood so I had to make room for our food and drinks. The guy that bought the food out to us and slid the plates on the table and didn’t ask who’s plates was for who and we said thank you and he ignored us and walked away

Very cute Christmas pop up experience ….wish more drinks offered in cute festive cups! Our booth was bit tight for 8 but service & food were great!
