   This was our first visit. What a great place, good food, games and delicious milkshakes. We both had corned beef sandwiches which were excellent and our grandson had a ton of fun.

   Megan was awesome, and very accommodating. we had a large group and she did great with it. the food was not as good as in the past but still ok. the music was a lot louder than was tolerable.

   Two orders were messed up. Service extremely slow for the food that was ordered. Staff could have been friendlier.

   I did the fond of u experience with my three kids I figured since it was a charge of per person we would be getting multiple little chocolate fondue set ups at least two since there was four of us and I had to pay $28 times four so was very shocked when at the end of our meal only one set up was brought out the food at this restaurant decent and the kids loved the shakes, but I will for sure not be doing any of their extra sales like this again

In the description of the experience, we do mention that the fondue setup is shared, but we completely understand how it may have been unclear.     Despite letting the restaurant know at the time of booking, and messaging them prior that we had come to celebrate our son and daughter’s 12th Birthday - no effort was made to make the experience special. Honestly, no effort was made by the server at all. We had an early place sitting of 4.30pm, and looked to be the servers only table - so you’d think we would have had more attention. Yet nothing. Had to flag her down to place order - it seems like the staff, were all too cool to be bothered to pay us attention and just busy chatting between themselves. We ordered appetizers and an entree each, then left to get desserts elsewhere - which was the whole point of coming to JoJos! - the whole vibe that used to be here when they first opened is off. Super sad as we’ve frequented many times in the summer months and don’t ever recall it being like this before.
