JoJo’s ShakeBAR is a next-generation restaurant and bar, and River North’s next go-to spot for hangouts, first dates, and family affairs. Its’ modern, yet familiar, diner experience is grounded in nostalgia and focuses on creative desserts and elevated diner favorites.

Outdoor Patio Seating is available for reservations and walk-ins. In the case of inclement weather, our team will do our best to accommodate outdoor patio reservations inside, but indoor seating is not guaranteed.

En general todo bien a excepción de que no sirvió la reservación ya que no me respetársele la ligar y me tuvieron que mandar a otra área.

El servicio no amigable pasaban y pasaban. Y se te quedan viendo como si fuéramos gente rara como si no fueras a pagar. Eso no te deja disfrutar tu comida se me hizo un poco racista el lugar , meseros muy lindos y la chica que llevaba las malteadas Lindos pero sus jefes de ellos. Molestan Im sorry por el comentario pero así Fue … el servicio muy frío 🙄

Nada especial, las malteadas están más vistosas que ricas. Además no nos respetaron la reservación en el patio y nos mandaron al restaurante a la última mesa del fondo junto a la entrada de los baños.

This is my second time celebrating my daughter’s bday at jojos. We had a reservation for 7 and were told there was a private event upstairs and would be seated on the main level. Understandable, but the upstairs space is much nicer. The hostess walked us to our table which was not clean, had crumbs and food stains. Even worse was the floor, filthy with fries and food from previous customers. I asked her to please clean it and she sluggishly walked over to the bar area to get a rag and spray bottle. She slowly walked back, and half cleaned the table, making it very clear she did not care to clean it and I was inconveniencing her. My husband asked for the rag and he ended up cleaning it. She completely disregarded cleaning the floor and just walked back to her station. Fine, I asked the kids to sit down because I didn’t want to get in the way of celebrating the birthday. Our server was polite and tried, but service was still lacking as we didn’t have utensils or water throughout the night. Our table was right in front of the bar and throughout our time, I saw up to 4 staff just hanging around, not working or tending to the customers. The staff was swearing during their conversations and were just unprofessional the whole night. One had a huge hickey on his neck which I found gross and not a good look for a restaurant that tries to cater to families and kids. Overall the food and shakes were fine, despite our ketchup tasting like it had gone bad. Unfortunately, given the poor service and lack of cleanliness, we will not return and do not recommend this restaurant especially given the high cost/low value. The shakes are fun and I would recommend the shakes to go, but I would not dine in ever again.

Cute concept but never again. Food was average, service was average prices were ridiculous. $10 for an oreo shake. Watched them make it with soft service ice-cream and 2 spoon full of crushed cookies. That's it.

It was very busy but they made sure everything flowed properly. The service was great I was disappointed they ran out of chocolate covered strawberries on valentines day but it still was good
