   Breathtaking views of HB Pier accompanied by delightful cocktails and a delicious brunch … all of this.. Yes All of that with quality, attentive service. I asked for a surprise cocktail when I arrived from our server.. and I was pleasantly delighted with the professionals choice, A Lavender drop with sweet sugar rim. My friend opted for the Mai Tai and the Ube painkiller that was a show stopper! My girlfriends and I rarely get any time to brunch together but today was made magical with this service..view.. and they even validated my parking. Can’t wait to return with my mom and my daughters to share this amazing experience again.

   Beautiful restaurant, great server, loved dessert!! I had shrimp and grits, friends had chicken and pancakes, and Sicilian poached eggs, pistachio mouse and berry cobbler desserts. Fun!!!

   Jolie has become our new favorite in Huntington Beach. Lively atmosphere, great view, creative menu, with an attentive and professional staff.

   Our server Sydney was outstanding, very helpful, pleasant and extremely efficient. I had the pistachio panko crusted Halibut with roasted potatoes and mash potatoes. My friend had Lobster Roll with Garlic Fries. The roasted vegetables were a disappointing, they were basically not cooked carrots were very large and thick had a beautiful glaze but could not chew tough woody and not cooked.Brussel sprouts were again not cooked shallots were great. Garlic fries they charged an extra $2 which did not state but they tasted like regular French fries. We did not say anything to the server until we were leaving as we were celebrating my friends 84th birthday but she was very gracious and said the cooks would want to know. The ambience was wonderful but the food was only fair. But our server outstanding,

   Wonderful ambience, however cooler day, but when asked the heat lamps were turned on aside from that food and drink were fantastic!

   Each of the entrees (Furikake encrusted Sea Bass, Double Pork Chop and Braised Short Ribs) was exceptionally prepared. We couldn't have asked for better meals. We were able to dine and then talk (catch up) with friends we hadn't seen in months and were not rushed at all (spent 2.5 hours at Jolie). Josh, our server, truly seemed to love his job, and his banter showed that.

    The service was great—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. However, the food was just okay. Not bad, but nothing particularly memorable. I'd come back for the hospitality and view.
