The price of the food compare to the value and the quality of it really didn’t make sense. And the service wasn’t great either.

The only thing is the table (like a coffee table) is too small for two for fine dining.

Ambiance was excellent for a lobby bar, not fantastic for a restaurant. Food was enjoyable but value was not good.

Excellent experience at Joni. Service was impecable! They treated us to complimentary champagne and dessert for bday celebration as well.

We were both disappointed with our dinners. A smoked salmon appetizer had no hint of smoked salmon flavour , the texture and flavour was that of sashimi. The “96 hour” short rib was not pleasant. If slow cooked (as short rib should be) it should not have been pink in the middle and tough to chew. The rutabaga strips were so salty we could not eat them and we are not averse to salt, they were that salty as if soaked in a brine. Do not recommend.

The food is different but in this scenario r not in a good way, no flavour presentation was done well but it doesn’t taste half as good as the food look. Not really fine dining as it is presented more of a bar ad the staff is non existent to the point where your just wishing Someone would bring you the check so you can go elsewhere.
