El restaurante Juliet ofrece platillos inspirados en la abundancia de la campiña italiana, integrando un menú que utiliza ingredientes locales del centro de Texas con un ambiente que evoca la soltura y liviandad de "la Dolce Vita" de Fellini. El aroma a fuego de leña y a ingredientes frescos de la temporada lo recibirán al entrar. El menú del chef ejecutivo Jacob Weaver llena las expectativas con una versión moderna de los platillos tradicionales. From beginning to end the food was great! The bread was warm and soft and for antipasti we chose the meatballs with marinara which was delicious. For entree we had the lamb ragu which melted in your mouth, highly recommend and the chicken parmigiana felt like a home cooked meal. For dessert we choose the special of the night pistachio tiramisu. When I tell you this is one of the best dessert I’ve had! I wish they had it on the menu regularly! Overall fantastic experience!

Always my favorite, never disappoints! The staff is friendly, food is consistently amazing. I bring new friends to Juliet and they are already making plans to return before we finish the meal. It's that good!

Satisfying dining experience. Convenient, easy parking. Friendly, stylish staff. Exceptionally kind, helpful server. Distinctive, comfortable, lovely restaurant interior. Terrific food (and choices). Fair prices. Brought warmth and sunshine to a cold, gloomy Valentine's Day.

Great relaxing lunch. Food was really good and service was outstanding. Abby was our main server but several took car of things during the meal. Love when wait staff works together

We ate out on the patio, early in the evening and it was lovely. The weather was perfect and we had no problems with the noise level. The wait staff was prompt and attentive. We ordered the fried calamari - delicious. Discounted appetizers at happy hour. My husband had a pizza - thin crust, generous portion and flavorful while I had the braised lamb on fettuccine noodles. Huge portion, and delicious. Bonus - free valet parking (of course we tipped). In this area it’s often hard to find parking. A perfect meal before heading to Zach Scott Theater.

My girlfriend and I arrived at 5:30 PM on Thursday, just in time to enjoy the happy hour specials. We were promptly served bread, dipping oil (which was wonderfully seasoned), and water. We ordered bruschetta and a bottle of red wine recommended by our waiter. For our entrees, my girlfriend chose mushroom manicotti while I opted for lasagna with marinara sauce. Both dishes were delicious. I wish I had caught the name of our waiter, a young Polish man, who was very attentive and did an excellent job serving us. The prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere (we dined indoors) was pleasant. I look forward to dining there again. Highly recommended.

Salmon was way over cooked, I asked for it on the rare side of medium rare and it was well done. chicken breast in chicken piccata was not a chicken breast but a thigh. The out door area is wonderful. Would go back but only for drinks or maybe a salad

Lauren, we are very sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy yourself the other evening. Thank you for bringing the issue of the Salmon to our attention, that is clearly unacceptable and I'd like to assure you that it has been brought to the attention of our Chef team. The cut of chicken on our Piccata is actually an Airline Chicken Breast which is a breast but also includes a bit of the bone with some dark meat as well. We're sorry you didn't enjoy that and would always be happy to substitute it out for a classic breast for you. We'd love it if you were to give us another chance and if you decide to do so please reach out to us beforehand so we can do everything in our power to make up for these issues.
