The menu & dining experience at Junction are unique to owner's, Chef Nick and Ingrid's Spanish, Cuban & Mexican heritage and experiences of the Spanish-speaking world. Located just south of downtown Paso Robles at the Historical Train Depot, come join us Thur - Mon for Dinner, Lunch & Brunch (Sat & Sun only). We have indoor & patio seating (weather permitting & dog-friendly) & off-street parking. Our Dinner Menu includes seasonal Specials & pairs with our curated selection of Spanish & local wines, cava (sparkling) & draft beers, & winebar cocktails, sangrias & mocktails. Dinner tapas feature Spanish cheeses & charcuterie, salads, grilled meats & fresh seafood. Savor Classic Spanish tapas, including our savory empanadas, and Fideuá & Paellas for two, for dinner or lunch, that also features salads, sandwiches & bowls. Starting February 11, on Tuesday & Wednesday, come back for our pop-up dinner experience, Mexico Ancestral, serving authentic, regional Mexican cuisine.

Come experience the magic of ancient Mexican dishes at our limited-time-only, pop-up restaurant led by Junction staff cook, Chef Diego. The menu represents a style of Mexican cooking that incorporates the meticulous preparation and refined techniques of haute cuisine with traditional Mexican ingredients and flavors. Step into Spain’s vibrant Tapeo tradition right here in Paso Robles! 🍷✨ On Thursday, April 3rd, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, we’re kicking off a month-long celebration of MCV Wines with an exclusive Tapeo event at Junction. Unlike a traditional coursed dinner, a Tapeo is a social dining experience where guests enjoy small, shareable tapas paired with exceptional wines—just like the bustling tapa bars of Barcelona and Madrid. Nice ambiance. The veggie paella was good but would have been better with more veggies, and a bit small for 2 people. The mushroom appetizer was delicious and the baguette was a nice touch.

Easy, convenient, close parking in front of the restaurant. Lovely setting, delightful hostess/waitress (Jackie) - very engaging, attentive, friendly & caring. Loved having a "brunch/lunch" menu of delicious choices. My husband had the hanger steak sandwich - I had the unique huevos rancheros. We loved our order... as did our friends. Be sure to check their days and hours ahead as they are not open full-time each day The two (picky IPA) guys also raved about the Wild Fields IPA beer! Latin-inspired - We'll be back!!

Paso’s best kept secret! Great place for a group so you can share all of the tapas with each other. Everything on the menu is really good from the ensaladas to the empanadas to the pinxtos to the desserts…you can’t go wrong. And they have a really good selection of Spanish wines to pair with the meal! Yvette was our server and answered all questions and made suggestions that were spot on…super polite and a lot of fun! Thanks for a memorable 72nd birthday dinner!

The food was really good, and a great wine list with affordable prices. However, I think they were stretched a little thin and service really lagged behind. We had to ask multiple times for the bill and after waiting 20 mins after requesting just got up and asked to pay at the check in area. Would have loved to score higher but was disappointed by the delays

Great food but the service was rough. The place did get packed but multiple drinks/food were forgetten and we had to ask three times for the check.

We sat on the back patio, which was great because our group wanted to chat and it wasn’t as noisy as inside, but you sit about 20 feet from a train track. You definitely stop talking when a train goes by. So while the ambiance isn’t really there, the service and food were excellent, which is what we were there for. Tapas style, we shared everything and left completely satisfied.
