We are currently open and available for Indoor and Outdoor Seating as well as Takeout. Open to both Community Members and the public, June Hill’s Table recognizes June Hill McCarroll, one of Coachella Valley’s most renowned and important founding residents. June Hill’s Table serves a variety of seasonal dishes made from scratch using fresh and local ingredients. Live music on Wednesday and Sunday evenings. Simply put, the feature dining experience at The Polo Club is set to showcase good food, done well.

June Hill's Table and our Barrel Masters Program present Grgich Hills Estate for our next wine dinner in March! Doors open at 6:00 PM. The cost is $134 per person*, and payment is due at June Hill's Table the night of the event. Our dinner will feature five courses, each perfectly paired with a dish by our Executive Chef, Reese Murakami. Our intended menu for the evening is: FIRST COURSE House-Made Tomato & Garlic Focaccia -muhamarra, aziz farms beets & devils on horseback Sauvignon Blanc 2022 SECOND COURSE Salmon Tartare - karashi su miso, microgreens, kaluga caviar Chardonnay 2022 THIRD COURSE Roasted Duck Breast - scallion, pickled cucumber, hoisin, bao bun Merlot 2020 FOURTH COURSE Braised Lamb Leg - aziz farms baby spring carrots, green garlic spaghetti Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 FIFTH COURSE Flan Pâtissier - espresso cream, chocolate cigarette Violetta, Legacy Series, Late Harvest If you have any allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please notify us via e-mail (dining@trilogypoloclub.com), so we may prepare accordingly. ABOUT GRGICH Grgich Hills Estate was founded on July 4, 1977, by Croatian-born Miljenko "Mike" Grgich and Austin Hills of the Hills Bros. Coffee Co. family with a shared vision of producing world-renowned wines of the highest quality. Mike had already drawn worldwide attention when the 1973 Chateau Montelena Chardonnay that he crafted became the winner of the famous 1976 blind-tasting known as the Judgment of Paris, besting the top French white Burgundies and red Bordeaux, and earning him the title “King of Chardonnay”. This blind tasting revolutionized the wine world and inspired generations of wine drinkers to explore California wines. Today, we remain family-owned and operated with the Grgich and Hills families sharing equal ownership. Continuing the legacy, Mike's daughter, Violet Grgich, was named President of the winery in 2017, and his nephew, Ivo Jeramaz, as winemaker and Vice President.

It was another terrific dining experience! Food was very good and fairly priced. The atmosphere wasn’t quiet but a lot fun with a singer & music which people were dancing and singing along to!

The waitress was surly; Never introduced herself nor did she make us feel welcome. Service was slow. Mashed potatoes were boxed. Turkey was actually a turkey role vs. fresh turkey. The experience was so disappointing that although we planned to bring a group here the following week we cancelled that reservation.

Great atmosphere! We had the Spicy Italian pizza - loaded with meat and a great thin crust. The house Paloma was excellent as well.
