Overpriced and very upsetting I want a refund I’m at a resort and unsure how it works but it was cold not very pleasing

We had a 8pm reservation made from in the morning when all reservations were opened and available. However, when we arrived we were told that we would have a one hour wait unless we sat in the atrium of the bar. We chose not to wait and sat there, but the service was still good and waiter was fabulous. I just think that some better management for reservations is needed.

We booked for an outdoor table, but it was too chilly and they easily found us a table inside. We had two little kids with us and they were helpful by providing plastic cups and extra silverware. The food was really good, but overpriced for what it was. Our kids loved the bread and mac and cheese. They also ate the salmon and steak.

They over-booked so took forever to get seated, even though we had a reservation. Lobster Bisque was cold, steak were way undercooked. Manager could care less too as it seemed like he only cared about the VIPs. Only positive was our server who was nice and energetic and was trying his best.

So over priced. The wine selections and cost were a joke. Food was not all I thought it would be. Super presumptuous atmosphere.

1 Star Horrible experience and a complete waste of money. The steaks were cold and overcooked, the fries were raw and cold, and the fish came in a broth (which wasn’t mentioned anywhere) and was also cold. The only thing we enjoyed was the wine. I found this place online with a good recommendation, but it was incredibly disappointing. Definitely not worth it.

Food was excellent. The only issue we had was that there was substituting in the salad and the lobster ravioli The salad should have had quail eggs and not chicken eggs The lobster ravioli included shrimp which was not shown on the menu

This is a very nice atmosphere, nice bartenders, service started out good but we felt forgotten as other tables were seated. Was very excited about the lobster tails but they were tough and mildly warm...so not cooked as well as they could have been..I was disappointed given the price....the fish of the day was good and the surf and turf ok...again..expected more. Overall, the lowee rating due to the quality of the food.
