Outstanding food. Wide selection serving varying tastes. We had the Hummus and Pita plate, Duck Confit, Fish Tacos and side risotto. Not a single dish disappointed. Prices were reasonable. Service was on point. While the food was of gourmet quality you would expect that it would be served in a quiet, elegant environment. Not so. The room was industrial, cool and noisey from poor accoustical design. Takeout is always an option.

We love Kalapawai! Always the best flavor and detail with the food. Love being able to bring our dog too.

Service was quick and attentive. I ordered Pork Belly Bao Buns. The buns were stale and chewy, just awful!

I just loved going to this place as they are one of my favorite restaurant with an awesome foods and reasonable prices. Great service too!

Visit every year when in Hawaii. All Was very nice except for entree came right after appetizer. Need to space it out a little better
