The dining space at Kaldero is a feast for the eyes, designed to complement the artistry on the plate. Rich, reclaimed timber, genuine terracotta tiling, and warm natural materials envelop the room, creating an intimate yet sophisticated setting.

We really enjoyed our visit to Kaldero last Sunday. Music and ambience was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were friendly and service throughout our meal was excellent. The option of small plates and being free to select a number of them, with side dishes, was brilliant. Not everyone is a "feeder" so those of us with smaller appetites don't feel so guilty if we cant finish our dinner ;D... it also reduces on food waste which is so important. However, I would suggest that similar to the old Wagamama method, dishes should be brought immediately to the table when they're ready, rather than waiting until the full order is cooked. I just found that some of the dishes were more "warm" rather than hot and I like my food to be hot when it comes to table. Notwithstanding this, the food was delicious!!! I wish all the team at Kaldero every success in their new adventure in Dublin.

What a stylish new Asian hotspot! Perfect for any occasion. Amazing food paired with great drink selection and friendly, attentive service. Absolutely loved the Pork Belly, the Lobster Spring Rolls, the Honey & Chili Potatoes.. and the Octopus were to die for! Can’t wait to return.

Really nice restaurant with a nice vibe but the food and drinks were a real let down. Myself and my friends got sharing plates some things had no flavour, potatoes were cold and hard and the ube cocktail was not good at all.

Really lovely small plates and drinks were amazing! Amazing team who arrived bubbly and helpful and super kind. Big plate (railroad chicken) was unfortunately the only let down lacked in flavour and was overall very poor but experience was still lovely at kaldero

Below average food. Was very disappointed. Our food arrived with 5 minutes after ordering. Our drinks hadn’t even arrived at this point. It’s as if it wasn’t cooked fresh. The food overall was disappointing, which is a shame. It has great potential but overall lacking flavor.

I had to send the Seabass back because the head was still on the seabass, and I could not look at the head of the fish on my plate. It was standing tall on the plate, a big no, I would serve the seabass without the head. It looked so bad I nearly died looking at it. Chicken 65 was too cold and too crispy couldn't taste the chicken . Everything else was lovely and tasty. I would say serve the food a bit hotter. It was very quiet at the time we were there. Maybe three tables full, food should have been on top, fresh, scalding hot, bit too cold for us. I would of liking it to be served hotter. Place is lovely. Staff are lovely. I probably won't return. Lovely experience
