With restaurant expertise of over ten years, Kamikaze Teppanyaki & Bar is offering some of the most mouth-watering meat and seafood in town. That’s not all you’ll find at Kamikaze Teppanyaki Coomera, as there is everything from sashimi and tempura options, through to yakitori and bento boxes in this funky restaurant on Foxwell Road on the Gold Coast. The menu is regularly updated with modern Japanese cuisine and drink selections and you’ll always get the best flavours possible.     Our family of four dined in on Mother's Day 2025. It was extremely busy with a full house of diners, however our drinks and meals came quickly. The staff are friendly and an extremely well organised team that work well together.

    This was our first experience with Teppanyaki and from what we knew you sit around the grill and watched the chefs cook and they perform as they cook. But on our arrival we were taken to a little table down the back of the restaurant where it was dark and drafty. When I asked our waitress why we were not sitting around the grill she said that it was only for walk-ins. This was very disappointing as we expected by booking we would book a seat to sit around the grill.

    We absolutely love this place! We come here often for special occasions, and every single time the customer service is outstanding. The staff always goes above and beyond to make the experience fun and memorable. It truly feels special every time we visit. We can’t wait to come back again—we know we’ll never be disappointed!

    I am gluten free not a lot of sauce options would of been nice to have a dressing on the salad and gluten free dipping sauce other than soya sauce other wise was nice
