Unfortunately this was the worst experiences we have had in Park City in a long time. We visited the restaurant last year and it was excellent. The service, quality, pacing, noise level, and food have all gone downhill since that time.

Great atmosphere and venue. Enjoyed my portobello steak. Service was iffy...out of a beer after I ordered it; sides for the main course came well before the appetizers (which came quite late). Pretty pricey for what it is...

We have always wanted to try dining at Kaneo, and it was one of the best dining experiences on Main Street. Santiago was an amazing server, the food and ambiance was outstanding. Highly recommend and we will be back soon!

Meal was excellent. Bruno our server was terrific! He was well informed on the menu, made great recommendations and very pleasant. We’ll be back.

This was great. High end food and service. We will return, if we ever return to park city. But given the poorly run mountain, we likely will not.

Server told us to “deal with it” when we had issues with our dinner. Asked for manager, they never came. Overpriced.

Overall an excellent meal. The restaurant was packed (Christmas/New Year's week) as expected. the food was great and we had a fantastic time. The timing of the entrees was a little too close to the appetizers. All things considered with the holiday rush we had a very memorable meal and look forward to coming back.

The food was great!! They changed waiter in the middle of our dinner and he didn’t pay much attention and was more focus on the table around us. We finished eating and he never approached us regarding desert, we had to remind him, and he also too extra long to bring the check.

The food was extremely bland, needed salt with our entrees. The Meze app was the best dish. The salmon was cooked well, but the bean puree tasted like canned beans. The carrots that were served with the short rib were not cooked, which was odd. My daughter loves burgers and she had to send it back, too salty. My other daughters Mac n Cheese was undercooked. A box of Kraft would have tasted better. Every meal was a disappointment and would not recommend this restaurant. I also ordered a bottle of wine and had to pour our refills, server never came back. As an alternative option, we really liked Prime Piano bar, steaks/apps/sides were amazing. Tekila was surprisingly good as well, homemade black beans and Spanish rice.
