The Kenji Omakase Experience is a multi-course menu created by the chef Matthew Nguyen, served at the sushi bar. There's limited seating Wednesday-Sunday with seatings at 5:45 and 8:30. All other guests are seated in the dining room with choice of table-side omakase or a la carte menu

A traditional Japanese experience which guests leave themselves in the hands of chef and receive a meal which is seasonal, elegant, artistic and uses the finest ingredients. The chefs will take you on a tour around the world with ingredients from the Toyosu market while also highlighting the dry aging program used only at Kenji

• We kindly decline requests to accommodate any dietary restrictions
• A 3.95% credit card fee will be added to all non-cash payments
• Service fee is added to parties of 6 or more
• Cancellations will only be accepted up to 24 hours prior to your reservation
• Any cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation will be charged $75 per person

My first omakase experience, just amazing. The selection and the quality of fish presented just exceptional. Sushi chefs are engaged in conversation and are very knowledgeable of fish species and the places of where hey are sourced from. Definitely will do it again and highly recommend Kenji.

Great experience at Kenji. Excellent and attentive staff. Great food. Awesome chef. And a really nice personalized experience as my menu had my name on it. Would def come back.

Great food. The servers were very nice and the space and hotel are very cool. Someone commented that the fish was too smoky but I found that not at all to he the case. The dry aging gave it more flavor but not smokiness or fishiness

Tasting menu was awesome and the chef presented it explaining everything very well which enhanced the experience. Recommend the sake pairing!

The food was amazing. The chefs were fantastic and personable. The service was impeccable. It was an all around wonderful experience. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

This is the BEST sushi in Louisiana. Trust me; I love trying new sushi restaurants. What an incredible experience my husband and I had at Kenji Omakase. Chef Tu and Chef Vu were friendly, explained each course, and created some of the most flavorful and high-quality sushi my husband and I had ever eaten. The fish they used was delicious and fresh, and the preparation of each course was thoughtfully done. My husband and I each revisited multiple courses after the omakase was finished. It was an excellent place for my husband to spend his birthday, and they even put “Happy Birthday!” with my husband’s name at the top of our menus. I’m so excited to come back.
