   Music too loud and to fast (one hour with James Brown, I like it but it was too fast, too loud a too long the same kind of music. I ask three times to put that in a lower volume and they did for a while.

   Great Thai and Vietnamese food, recommended. We enjoyed the time there, good cocktails as well and desserts.

   Food is excellent! Very close to the real deal in Thailand. Wide variety of tradicional Thai food and drinks. The service is ok, they could do a better job explaining the menu. They took a long time to serve more than 25 minutes. They did not accept Visa only cash and Amex which was weird. Decoration was nice but just that, no indication it was a Thai place. Close to the street so a little of street noise. But food makes it all worth it.

   My friends were raving about this place, so I was excited to check it out. Maybe our dish selections were off, but it didn’t meet my expectations. Particularly, the fish dish had more of a fishy note than I would have preferred. For 550 pesos, I was hoping for more than just passable. The Thai iced tea wasn’t passable, it was watered down. The meal just didn't measure up to its high price tag, considering both the portion sizes and the flavor profiles.

    The service was very bad and the food was subpar! We have been here multiple times and always enjoyed it. It is sad to see what is happening to the Kiin-Thai.
