King George II Inn in Bristol is one of the oldest inns in America that has been a cornerstone to Bucks County for more than 300 years. Both kings and presidents have converged at the classic eatery to enjoy the outstanding hospitality while chatting it up with a mix of politicians and pirates alike. The King George does not disappoint, in terms of food quality & choice, the view of the river, comfortable seating, and exemplary servers. The price of lunch is also very affordable - $20. total with tip & tax!!

Service was super slow. Even getting the check took 20mins and then another 15 to get my card back

Wonderful restaurant to gather with family and friends. Staff is always welcoming and friendly . Always accommodating. Makes suggestions. Great ambiance. Brunch is akways amazing.

Felt a little rushed this time around. Our entrees were brought out before we could finish our appetizers. The butternut squash ravioli was just ok, and slightly undercooked. The fish and chips were just ok - not bad, just nothing to write home about.

Great view. Staff was pleasant and server was earnest and likable but inconsistent on requests. Two of us asked for lemons for water; had to remind him a couple of times and when they finally arrived we received two (2) slices. Food was fair at best: Fish & Chips were good but sandwiches were slathered in sauces that overwhelmed the taste and made them physically hard to handle. Ahi tuna sandwich was underdone (even though I like my tuna rare!) and cold. We had not eaten at KGI for several years and based on prior experiences did not have high expectations; unfortunately, our visit couldn't exceed even that low bar.

The King George ll restaurant has wonderful service and food with rich flavors. They have so many options for any craving you might have, and the ambience is peaceful yet lively.

Menu selection was very small and did not give a good description of food. Tuna Frite was Tuna tare tare with delicious Asian Fries, but I didn't know how the Tuna was going to be prepared. Also, seasoning on Tuna was very weird dry rub which did not taste good. I thought $30. was high for this dish. Service was very poor. Older lady know other older customers and completely ignored us to chat with her friends.
