King George II Inn in Bristol is one of the oldest inns in America that has been a cornerstone to Bucks County for more than 300 years. Both kings and presidents have converged at the classic eatery to enjoy the outstanding hospitality while chatting it up with a mix of politicians and pirates alike. Casual food and drinks make King George II Inn a great place for individuals from all walks of life. Mushroom ravioli, chicken or eggplant parmesan, grilled 8-ounce filet, salmon dijonnaise and English fish and chips are just some of the classic items the menu includes. Special holiday menus and banquet menus for private dining experiences are also available. King George II Inn offers fresh ingredients and flavorful dishes for both lunch and dinner.

    Menu selection was very small and did not give a good description of food. Tuna Frite was Tuna tare tare with delicious Asian Fries, but I didn't know how the Tuna was going to be prepared. Also, seasoning on Tuna was very weird dry rub which did not taste good. I thought $30. was high for this dish. Service was very poor. Older lady know other older customers and completely ignored us to chat with her friends.

    Our waiter I believe his name was Sean couldn't have been sweeter or more helpful! We sat in the upper room overlooking the river, and it was very pleasant and picturesque. The food was great as well as the service. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

    The food was ok. It was a little overcooked on the bacon wrapped shrimp. The server was nice and attentive. Although there was a wide variety selection of beet there was no low carb options. It looks like the restaurant has not been updated in years. Probably won't go back but we gave it a try.

    Great food prepared expertly in a river side restaurant. The staff were lovely and accommodating, the views during dinner were relaxing, and the service was friendly but efficient.

    Excellent menu choices especially as one of our party is a vegetarian and many restaurants do not offer much of a selection. Service is always outstanding.
