Kintan es el primer restaurante de estilo yakiniku en Londres. Yakiniku, que significa literalmente "carne a la parrilla" es la versión japonesa de la barbacoa coreana y uno de los estilos gastronómicos más populares en Japón.     Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. Today, my friend and I visited the restaurant and were met with extremely uncomfortable conditions due to the malfunctioning air conditioning system. The temperature inside the restaurant reached a sweltering 31 degrees Celsius, exacerbated by the heat from the grill, making it unbearably hot and suffocating to dine in. In an effort to find some relief, we had to relocate downstairs, which provided minimal respite from the oppressive heat. It was disheartening to see your hardworking staff drenched in sweat, trying their best to serve customers under such uncomfortable conditions. Not only did this raise concerns about hygiene, but it also made the dining experience far from enjoyable. As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the exceptional service and delicious food offered at your establishment. However, the lack of a functional air conditioning system has severely impacted my impression of the restaurant. The fact that my friend, who suffers from claustrophobia, was unable to enjoy the view outside due to the heat further exacerbated our dissatisfaction. I must commend your staff members, particularly Apinyaporn and her team, for their patience, kindness, and unwavering commitment to providing top-notch service despite the challenging circumstances. Their professionalism and hospitality did not go unnoticed and are a credit to your establishment. I sincerely hope that the air conditioning issue will be addressed and resolved promptly to ensure a comfortable dining environment for all patrons. Until the air conditioning system is fixed, I regret to say that I will not be returning to the restaurant. I urge you to prioritise this matter to maintain the high standard of service and comfort that your restaurant is renowned for. Best regards,

    Unfortunately, the tofu of the spicy tofu was a bit off. The taste was sour. However, the restaurant offered a replacement quickly and the offered dish wasn't off. Kalbi meat was not as good as usual, but the overwall experience was good.

    Lovely Japanese Yakiniku (BBQ) experience. Reminded me of places I've been in Japan. It's a very nice atmosphere and the service staff are very kind and were accommodating for my food allergies.

    Title: Exceptional Service from Apinyaporn and Her Team at Kintan I had the pleasure of dining at Kintan yesterday, and I must say the service provided by Apinyaporn and her team was truly exceptional. As a returning customer, I already had high expectations, and they were not only met but exceeded. From the moment we walked in, Apinyaporn and her team greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Not only did they provide excellent service, but their kindness and genuine care for their customers shone through. It's clear that they take pride in what they do and are dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every diner. I would like to express my gratitude to Apinyaporn and her team at Kintan for their outstanding service. They truly made our evening special, and I look forward to returning soon. Thank you for being a shining example of hospitality and professionalism.
