Very nice place and easy to get to, parking is free after 8pm in the surrounding areas otherwise you’ll have to pay for parking on the street. Very nice place very modern and upmarket with great lighting so it’s not too bright and comfortable to eat, i would say it’s a cosy vibe as there are many diners at one time and you are quite close to other diners so private conversations may be overheard also the stool seating is right next to the tables so it can be a bit weird as people are sat above you and there legs and back may be close to your face. Overall food is very nice and presented in a nice way, you do have to ask for knife and fork as they only have chopsticks at the table. They did forget one of the orders and brought one instead of two portions of the sushi but it was quickly rectified and the food comes out quite staggered but in a way it’s good as the table does not get filled too quickly as they are not the biggest tables and if everything came at once the table would get filled up. Overall nice vibe and great food, just a few minor tweaks with the restaurant set up but would visit again if the opportunity arose.

Stunning food and venue. Service was great too, very helpful in choosing our dishes. Only drawbacks are the location as there really isn’t much else nearby, plus it wasn’t very busy (given a Saturday night) and no real vibe to it. Shame as the DJ was great. We’ve done it now and really enjoyed the food but for those reasons probably wouldn’t return.

The food was amazing as always, the service did let it down which isn't the first time for us. Front of house need to be friendlier and servers need to be more attentive for the calibre of restaurant.

Amazing experience at Kitten! Staff were lovely and the food was exceptional. Only thing I’d say is the food came out very fast. We ordered 6 items and they all came out within 15 mins of ordering. Drinks came after the food so would prefer for it to have been slowed down a bit and it to come out in stages but other than that it was fabulous and would come again. Thank you so much

Fine. Food was decent but not amazing, wasn't a fan of the techno soundtrack tbh. Reasonably enjoyable but I wouldn't be in a rush to go back like I am with some other newish places. Also the toilets were difficult to flush. Bit pointless.

Very disappointing New Year's experience at KITTEN. Service was rushed, food was average, the dragon rolls were a highlight, other courses were disappointing, particularly the nigiri platters, pork & chicken skewers, and dessert. Tokyo iced tea was delicious however lychee and sake martinis and the spicy margaritas were largely undrinkable, extremely strong and unbalanced flavours. Glass of bubbly to start and end the meal were a nice addition but beyond this there was nothing to make the evening feel special. It was quite a cold welcome from staff, with no hellos or anything, and throughout there were no attempts made to even say what the courses were, if we would like anything else, water etc - really poor. There was no New Years Eve countdown or anything to mark midnight. The DJ kept playing right through, entirely missing the start of 2025. Expected far more from KITTEN, especially for the cost. Will not be returning and wouldn't recommend for a special event.
