    At first our service was great. We had to ask for the Special Lunch Menu - called Power Lunch for $19.00. There were 11 girls, all of us ordered from this menu. Waiter took our order, food was good but never got any Bacon on our entrees. Waiter never came back to ask us how are food was. Waiter never came back to fill up the water glasses. Waiter apologized about the No Bacon - said they didn't have any. He gave each of us a $10 off card to use next time. I would go back again.

    Kona at Desert Ridge has an appealing atmosphere and very good service. The food, while flavorful and well presented, seems a little expensive. We regularly dine at top-tier places, so it’s not a question of cost but value. For example, we asked that our stir-fry come with tofu substituted for chicken. And that happened, but we were charged an additional $8 (totaling $36) for a plate of rice and vegetables. That doesn’t seem fair. Anyway, the meal was otherwise very pleasant. Many people enjoy Kona and the overall experience is a good one.

    It was great and our server, Tanisha, was amazing and very personable, and very funny! Food was delish, will definitely be going back for their happy hour!!!

    Our server Jasmine was lovely. The food was fair, but one of us at the table waited 30+ mins after everyone else for their meal. Everyone was done sitting and waiting. Pretty unfair and with no explanation or apology. And the prices are ridiculous for the portion sizes. I got a vegetarian roll- no seafood at all just vegetables, rice and seaweed that was $19!

    I just loved how our server had one of the employees come sing Happy Birthday to my two kids. She had a beautiful voice. I got to video it. Our server took group pictures of us at table & the lovely flower wall. Above & beyond service! We come every December for their birthdays because we all Love Kona Grill.

    We always order the Macadamia chicken,and they have reduced the amount that you get. they have also increased t he price of it,and you get much less. The chicken is now a couple pieces of crusted chicken,and not the moist elongated pieces that we used to get.

    Had a reservation on Thanksgiving Day and am very happy with my first experience at Kona Grill. The food was great and the service was top notch as our server was very helpful, friendly, and always making sure the table was clear of empty plates/cups. One in our party was very happy to see they included a traditional Thanksgiving meal for the occasion and really enjoyed it!! Would not hesitate to go back whether for a date night or Thanksgiving.

    It was Thanksgiving, we ate outsider, it was quiet and outdoors was beautiful. The food was fabulous and our server Jason made our experience a 10+. This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve encountered at Kona Grill and it was a holiday Thank you :)
