Fine art, black walnut walls, Roman clay ceilings, Shou Sugi Ban from Japan surrounds you as you dine in a luxurious velvet seat around an intimate chef's counter. At Konro, everyone has VIP access to our open kitchen while a two Michelin star Chef and Food & Wine Best New Chef prepares and describes each dish in front of your eyes. This is more than dinner, it is an experience. You will enjoy a 10-14 course tasting menu of the best ingredients sourced from around the world prepared with old world techniques.
Our ever-changing beverage program is a mix of classic and avant-garde producers from select parts of the world designed to complement the flavors of Chef's creations.Chef prepares a full nonalcoholic pairing for those who choose to have another beverage option. Chef is over six years sober and takes deep pride in handcrafting each beverage to mirror the experience of the traditional pairing.

Unbelievable, one of a kind intimate experience. Anyone that appreciates the most creative chef taking the super inventive recipes and turning them into purely delicious dishes will love the konros experience. Wine/ mocktails extremely well thought out and presented.

Jacob and Nadia are an amazing team. His food is an umami art bomb of flavor and technique. You always learn something new as well when he talks about sourcing and preparation. Nadia pairings are inspired and deliciously well thought out. We always love the stories behind the wine about where it came from and why it was chosen. We will be back.

The experience was truly remarkable; Nadia and her husband, the chef, executed an outstanding design for the restaurant. The food and wine were exceptional. I highly recommend that everyone has the opportunity to experience this once-in-a-lifetime occasion.

We eat out 4-5 nights a week. This is by far the best dining experience in West Palm Beach….not only for the food & wine but the interaction with the Chef & with Nadia were amazing as are their knowledge & expertise about food, flavors, cooking and wines.

Best experience ever! Jacob and Nadia gave us our most amazing night, the food was above and beyond delicious, the delicacy of the ingredients, the pairing of the wines and sakes, everything was perfect made even more unique by the ambience Chef Jacob (who should have 3 Michelin stars, and sommelier Nadie). The place is gorgeous as is the playlist. We are foodies, and this has topped every other experience ever. Most grateful for such a pleasurable night. We’ll be back soon!

If you are searching for a unique, delicious and extraordinary dining experience - this hits all the marks. This was our second time dining with Jacob and Nadia, and round 2 catapulted us more deeply in love with their entire operation. Attention to detail is beyond exceptional here. They have every single nuance of the experience dialed - this is a multi-sensory journey - the visual quality of the room, the dark walls, perfect lighting and gorgeous plating and utensil selection - the playlist coming out of the speakers, which is raised and lowered at the perfect times, coinciding with the introduction of each course and pairing....the rich and delicious flavors, textures and adventure that is Jacob's food - perfectly paired with the incredibly interesting and educational journey that is Nadias liquid orchestra. These two are beyond, beyond. I will also give an extra mention to the incredibly thoughtful non alcoholic beverage pairing service offered - as a fellow sober human walking this life surrounded by alcoholic intoxication - I am extremely proud of Jacob for his sobriety and the bold stand he has taken to curate and provide this non alcoholic option - which I might add, is the best collection of non alcoholic beverages to ever hit my lips. Beyond 5 stars, so grateful we found you all - of course we will be back!
