   Neat space and very attentive staff. Unfortunately, the food is mediocre and, as such, a bit overpriced. Bathroom frankly needs to be checked more regularly with overflowing trash and no hand towels. No excuse for that at 7:15pm. The other French place less than a block away is SUBSTANTIALLY better. Sorry y’all, wasn’t a great experience. Bouillabaisse seafood was over cooked, especially the crab. The portion includes three mussels that are nicely plated; but the chef should very easily see and know not to serve mussels that aren’t open. It wasn’t inordinately busy, so I’m not sure what happened tonight. Disappointed. It just wasn’t very good.

   This is a beautiful place with delicious food! We come back here again and again because we know we will have a wonderful experience! What a great place in Charlotte - it's like a little piece of Paris.......

   We reserved a table for 20 to welcome our siblings to town for our daughter’s wedding. They seated us in a private room and made the evening a true delight. Everyone loved their appetizers, entrees and desserts. The service was friendly but unobtrusive. The courses and drinks were delivered in a timely manner. The restaurant is elegantly decorated. Thanks La Belle Helene for a perfect night.

    Absolutely delicious food within a beautiful ambiance with friendly staff. Great for our date night out to see the Philadanco at Knights Theatre.
