   Our server Jill was amazing as always. If Jill didn’t work here me and my wife would be really sad. The staff supporting her is super terrific as well. The food was excellent as usual. Love this place all around. A plus plus.

   They were extremely slow. Our meal took 3.5 hours! It was our waiters 2nd day and they way over worked him. It’s not an easy waiter job and he was trying to serve at least 7 tables. It wasn’t his fault. Management should stepped in to help.

   Spectacular experience! The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly attentive, constantly checking if we needed anything and if everything was okay. We will definitely come back again!

   Great atmosphere. Elegant, special occasion type restaurant. But make no mistake: you don’t dine here if you’re looking to get in and out in less than two hours, and be prepared to spend $350+ for two. Our bill came to $500 after tip, and we only had one drink apiece!

   I’ve been many times before, but tonight was the best in recent memory. Our server was great, the food was delicious and we enjoyed everything, Thank you La Fondue!

   Alex was amazing! Great service and a nice atmosphere to my fiancées thirtieth birthday celebration. It was just he two of us but he made the whole evening feel special and recommended some amazing drinks. It was definitely a bit pricey but more than worth it for the experience. I don’t think we’d go back for the four course full tasting menu but it’s a must try for your first time there. Honestly, Alex’s amazing service made the evening that much more special.

   If you're a fondue lover, this spot is a must! The food, drinks, and service were fantastic. 'Le Freak Sparkling' is definitely worth trying. We also enjoyed the Midnight Oil cocktail. Our server was attentive and friendly, and the unique ambiance, along with weekday specials, made it a great experience!

   Where to begin? First, with the only positive (singular) -- all the staff were very sweet. The cocktails were awful across the board, with a cream drink arriving with slimy cream throughout and the drinks that followed didn't really make up for it. The Cabernet Sauvignon (at $24 per glass) was old; by that I mean it was sour and obvious that the bottle had been opened days before. The salad was uninspired, obviously pre-made and cold to the point of nearly being frozen, not tossed, and only one of them was correct as ordered It took forever to complete each "step" of this meal (nearly 3 hours), because our server would disappear, someone new would show up (a total of 4 servers changing hands) and "turn up our stovetop" except the control knob was apparently installed upside down, but not all of the staff seemed to know this, so our stovetop got turned on and off a total of 4(?) times!! There was little guidance with what we were eating, recommendations, accompaniments, etc. Our sever disappeared, leaving others to fill in the blanks and cold dessert due to the stovetop issue. Overall, this was the most expensive meal of our week+ trip and the most disappointing. Would definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

    Such a unique experience. From the decor to the menu. We keep it simple - salad, cheese fondue and of course, a dark chocolate extravaganza for desert. Service is efficient and friendly. I know people think of La Fondue as a special occasion place, but it really shouldn't be.
