LA STREGA TRATTORIA IS LOCATED IN BEAUTIFUL LAS VEGAS, NEVADA.

La Strega is Las Vegas’ premiere Italian eatery nestled in the affluent community of Summerlin where James Beard nominated Chef Partner, Gina Marinelli ignites an authentic Italian cultural rejuvenation by inspiring exploration of the traditions of flavorful, fresh and innovative Italian cuisine with her modern, farm-to-table regionally-based dishes.

Translating to “witch” in Italian, La Strega’s sophisticated yet playful atmosphere bewitchingly transports guests to Italy immediately upon arrival. Greens, clays, and earth tones make up its color palette, while full moon-shaped bulbs on brass chandeliers illuminate the space. The restaurant’s artistic centerpiece is a one‐of‐a‐kind mural that spans multiple walls throughout the restaurant, telling the story of the witches of Benevento which inspired the genesis of La Strega, a tale best told by the head Strega herself, Chef Gina Marinelli.

    While the food was absolutely amazing, it was so loud in there we thought we were in a cafeteria. They also ended up sectioning off half of the room for a “private” party (that wasn’t so private)- so everyone had to shout to be heard, which was wildly overwhelming. Waitress was clearly having to overcompensate for this as well, and was having to scream as well. Wine selection was very limited, and someone with no wine knowledge was sent over for a tasting, which was unhelpful. When the sommelier came over, she was very nice, but it was too late. Top it off with a missed appetizer order, we were overall unimpressed with La Strega. The food deserves better.

    I cannot rave about this precious gem of a restaurant enough. The absolute charm, the utter excellence makes this one of my favorite places to dine in Las Vegas. Chef Gina is a master at her craft and each table has the delight of a view of her doing her thing. The mushroom pasta, the meatballs, the waygu carpaccio, the pesto pizza, uh just perfection. The cocktails are also seamlessly in harmony with the menu, simply delicious. Whether you're with friends or on a romantic date (I've experienced both), you're almost guaranteed to have a memorable experience. Thank you La Strega for being so close to where I live too lol, so that I may have that steak any time I need it again, cause I'll be dreaming of that chimichurri. ❤️

    Exceptional food and service. Highly recommend for special occasions. I advise to make reservations in advance as it can be difficult to get a table, especially Friday and Saturday nights.

    This restaurant is Perfection!! From the minute you walk into the restaurant you feel like kings and queens! It’s a very fun place because all the people make it fun. A place you want to be. The food is always perfectly cooked and so delicious. Everyone works so hard to please you …and they do!!! Try the Espresso Martini!!! Perfection
