The Lady Banks Rooftop Bar is a modern, vibrant and exciting destination; a sanctuary where you can meet friends and soak in uninterrupted 360 degree views whilst sipping on world class cocktails and enjoying a perfectly curated menu.
Her heritage stems all the way back to 1795, named after the wife of Sir Joseph Banks – Lady Dorothea Banks. Joseph Banks was a naturalist & botanist and named a unique thornless Rose “The Lady Banks Rose” after Lady Dorothea. This rose is a climbing rose and yellow in colour; a fitting representation of the Sunrise and Sunset that can be enjoyed from every aspect on the Lady Banks Rooftop.     Firstly we started to receive the wrong food on Valentine's Day without even ordering, once we had ordered they sent the wrong food again, when we received our meal the drinks hadn't even arrived then when the drinks arrived my Sauvignon Blanc was Champagne I returned it and after 15 minutes wait it finally came! I complained nicely and recently a complimentary swordfish skewers. Overall I think they could do better with the food being a fancy restaurant and the seats are terrible please change them.

    Had dinner with my partner, staff were all very friendly and respectful. We really enjoyed talking to some of the staff that came up and had a conversation with us! Food and drinks were great as well. We found the music to be a bit loud at the end, but other than that we had a good night! :)

    Food and drinks took to long, we ordered a set menu, and some of the items never came, ambience was very good on salsa night tho

    We have dined here several times but this was mediocre. Didn’t realise menu had changed and for us the slow cooked lamb has always been the draw card. Along with cauliflower , broccolini and duck fat potatoes. Now that combination was always great value and tender. Which is why we brought our son along as chefs like great food. Lots of smaller tapas selections but the wagyu was tough , somewhat gristly and small. Enough only for two. Debatable as to quality of meat which was the killer. If it’s working well and popular don’t change it. The venue with outdoor rooftop is great though.

    This place is a vibe! It felt like an exclusive rooftop venue as the place does not have much signage and you go up a clear lift straight to the rooftop. Service was amazing, food and drinks were also 10/10. The view was incredible, you can see all the way into the city and clear views of centre Point tower. I don't live close by but would definitely travel to come back. A hidden gem for sure.

    Service not good at all, no cutlery and plates on the table and was asked after all food came out ask for some Lemon with our octopus came 30mins already finished the food - would not come again service not good was really looking to coming last night but very disappointed

    Fantastic venue, food was mostly lovely but not without a few errors. An unexpected extremely busy night. We were a large group and ordered more than 12 different dishes to share.. Would go again but order some different meals. Great cocktails.
