I had booked a table for Mother’s Day at 7:45pm. We arrived on time and were not greeted by staff for at least 10 minutes. Bearing in mind I was holding a toddler and had an elderly mother who could not stand long while staff walked by us. When someone finally spoke to us, they said the restaurant was closed and seating stopped at 7:45pm. We had explained we had booked and the site offered tables even up to 8:30pm. The staff were not apologetic or understanding. We ended up leaving and having to find other dinner arrangements last minute. A very poor experience and will not be returning.

Mother’s Day brunch was a nightmare. First of all it was a pre fix menu and the restaurant was out of a lot of things. We waited about 1hr 30min for our food. We ordered a salad and dessert that we never got and to top it off it was extremely hot no misters or fans for the outdoor seating. Service was extremely slow never again!!

Everything about the ambiance was great. The staff seemed tense so that was not the best. Everything we ordered something was missing or already out when it was time to get our order, well at least the sides. Main part of our meal was great.

My bf and I went for our anniversary. I got the classic eggs benedict which was so amazing! I love eggs benedict and love trying them at different restaurants and lady byrd is by far my favorite!! I had also ordered a mocha latte which was delicious as well. The service was amazing and we got seated right away and ordered everything super quick. The ambiance is great soo comfy and they give you blankets for sitting. We went on a gloomy day so I am definitely coming back to sit in the little pods for lunch!

Hostess was odd. Food is decent. Parking situation is terrible. No reason to return.

We were looking for a pet friendly restaurant after the Firecracker PAW’er walk, and decided to try Lady Byrd. The Salmon Benedict was spot on, the potatoes were delicious, and I throughly enjoyed the Bloody Mary. Wish they I was able to try the Pulled Pork Benedict, but sadly they were out when we came. Our server was very attentive and we had a nice time.

Servers and staff aren’t friendly. They seemed annoyed when we asked question and gave us attention, I’ve been there twice , both times were the same . Not coming back .
