    Great for such a unique experience. It's not every day you get to eat dinner on a luxury yacht on the Thames whilst looking out at the O2 Canary Wharf. The meal wasn't cheap but that's totally expected given the surroundings. Staff were very attentive and excellent.

    Was really lovely. The only thing was that it all felt a bit rushed but when we asked to wait for our main that was exactly what happened. Service was great friendly and helpful.

    Beautiful surroundings and amazing food. We had the three course sunday lunch and it was all perfectly cooked and delicious. The surroundings were elegant and beautiful and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

    I told my friend I was taking her somewhere very classy for her birthday. As we approached the yacht we were all very impressed but then came across the entrance shut and vague instructions that we should use the stairs / ramp? We saw a door open but when looking inside there were no further instructions and nobody to greet us. We went up and down some staircases and eventually came across some staff talking in an office, that didn’t particularly want to finish their conversation short in order to help us. Eventually we were told which floor to go up to and by this point another 2 guests were wandering around not knowing where to go either. Arriving at the restaurant the cleaner was in there hoovering. We stepped over the wires and sat at our table, with the hoovering still ongoing. We then had to lift our legs up so the cleaner could hoover under our table. With the hoovering still ongoing I told my friends I would find the manager. I explained to him (manager) how embarrassing it was that I’d brought my friend somewhere supposedly classy for her birthday and yet there’s hoovering going on etc. The manger just shrugged saying ‘I’m sorry but what do you want me to do about it’ to which I replied ‘you wouldn’t get this going on in a Premier Inn’. He explained they were tidying up after the afternoon tea session and the hoovering has to be done. I said that they should allow a window of time for cleaning without customers there but again it was shrugged off and he was walking away from me. I said ‘please don’t walk away while I’m talking to you, it’s very rude’…he then stepped back to me, now flapping his arms and still saying ‘I don’t know what you expect me to do’ and walking away again. I repeated how rude this was. This unhelpful customer service continued for a few more minutes, still to the sound of hoovering. It ended with me asking for a complimentary bottle of Prosecco at the very least, to which we got 1 glass each. Very disappointing experience

    I would definitely not recommend this restaurant. We were expecting so much more and were sorely disappointed. The main course of chicken was completely bland and tasteless and it was slightly dry. I’ve had much better and cheaper meals in pubs. I did complain but can’t say the manager was too bothered. Overall very uninspiring.

    Limited over priced menu,tables more suited to a cafe,paid on line up front but they wanted payment again.Asked for a glass of water 3 times before eventually getting it.Breakfast too crowded and queuing in the way of the hot &cold drinks. For such a grand boat these little things are the things people remember.
