At Landscape Restaurant & Grill, right in the heart of Hobart’s Hunter Street waterfront precinct, we create an unforgettable dining experience.

The heart of our kitchen lies in the coals of our Asado grill. Here, our experienced team, led by Head Chef Nathaniel Embrey, sear aged local wagyu, tender Tasmanian lamb, freshly caught seafood and other premium ingredients, creating masterful dishes of unrivaled flavour. Adding to the unique quality of our dishes is the distinctive environment in which they’re served – the historic walls of the original IXL Jam Factory, surrounded by the iconic landscape art of John Glover.

    My entire octopus was amazing Sirloin a bit dry but still tasty Service was great We are celebrating our anniversary that night but unfortunately the table next to us was talking too loud we can’t really enjoy our night Part from that was a fantastic night

    Our second time at Landscape and loved it as much as the last occasion. We consider this Hobart's best restaurant and will be back again when next down from Melbourne. Actually, make that Tasmania's best restaurant.

    Our server Pauline was so lovely. She gave us plenty of time to decide and gave us great recommendations. And the food…..so good

    It was a lovely experience all around. The food was amazing especially the entrees and desserts; the Rice-crusted southern calamari, Crème caramel and the Yuzu cheesecake. The atmosphere, lighting and artwork were all perfect for our date night. Finally the staff were attentive and friendly.
