   Great experience! Haven’t been here in a while, the food was as great as always. The service was excellent. The only thing I don’t like about this restaurant, is the close proximity of the tables. I will be returning again soon.

   Bonjour ! La raison pourquoi j’ai donner un 4 étoiles c’est que les tables pour 2 sont beaucoup trop collées, c’est une peu malaisant de manger et converser si proche des gens . Sinon le reste est incroyable !

   Every time we eat here it’s a very good dining experience. Great food, great ambiance, not noisy.

   Great food and service. Chef owner Derek is well known for having headed the popular Montclair in St Laurent and thankfully he brought his classics with him when he opened the Balneo. The Belgium inspired fries are unique. Steak Frites is a must so are the Asian stir Fry's. Wine list is reasonable. Great vibes and a cozy setting make this a local favorite hangout, so plan ahead and make reservations.

   The restaurant was consistent as always. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Sautéed scallops in Thai curry an roasted red pepper sauce was good as was the seared tuna. My leek soup was great as was the bavette as well as the Jack Daniels blackened burger.

   Invited some friends of ours to try this newly found restaurant. Enjoyed very much. Only comment to note was it’s a bit noisy when tables are full.

    Delicious salmon tartare; great bavette (love the fries!). Lovely ambiance. Will absolutely return.
